I stayed here when I came in 2022. I felt good at that time, so I booked here again this time. On the day of check-in, I was carrying a large bag of heavy things (cooking ingredients) I bought. Seeing that the time was more than 13:00 in the afternoon, I went to the hotel front desk to ask if I could check in. She said yes, took out the room card and wrote the room number. I told the long-haired woman at the front desk: I had booked a quiet room at that time. She was immediately unhappy and asked me rudely: Do you know that you are checking in early? I asked if I could check in early. She said yes, but there was no guarantee of a quiet room. There were more rooms after 15:00. I didn’t check in early to take advantage of the 2 hours. I just wanted to put my things down in the room and go to the supermarket to buy things. So I could only walk ten minutes to send my things to the children’s dormitory part because the luggage was also with the children. Then I ran to the hotel again at 16:00. I asked, can I check in now? Answer: Yes, the room number given to me is the same room as before. I don’t understand. What kind of unbalanced psychology is this? Deliberately make me awkward! This front desk made me feel very uncomfortable, and then asked me what I was doing here, whether I was seeking medical treatment, traveling or visiting relatives, what do you care about me? It was obvious that she was racially discriminating. I felt very uncomfortable and had a very bad experience. I was particularly disappointed with this stay.
