Hotel excelente, a responsável Eliana é maravilhosa. Café da manhã excelente. Hotel antigo mas aconchegante. Vista maravilhosa das montanhas. Quarto amplo com móveis antigos, bem conservados, cama ótima, Local extremamente silencioso. O único ponto negativo é o valor da diária, extremamente alto. Hotéis em Piratuba/SC, por exemplo, oferecem pensão completa com este valor (R$ 628,00)

Fiquei muito decepcionada com o hotel, pela falta de organização! Fiz minha reserva com mais de 30 dias de antecedência, queria o quarto mais simples, mas no ato da reserva me foi dito que não tinha disponível, me ofertaram o quarto com Vista para montanha, cama de casal e sacada, que por sinal era mais caro. Eu aceitei. Chegou o dia da nossa hospedagem, fizemos o check in e subimos para o quarto, foi ai que começou o problema. Nosso quarto não tinha vista para montanha e não tinha sacada, fora um cheiro muito forte de tinta. Reclamamos e então veio a surpresa: não tem disponibilidade do quarto que vcs reservaram, o único que tem e com Cama de solteiro, oi? Detalhe em pleno feriado de carnaval, é impossível encontrar outro hotel na cidade. Enfim, vamos tivemos que ficar nesse mesmo, mas não era o que havíamos reservado. Não volto mais.

Acreditávamos que iríamos ficar no prédio principal; que é visto nas fotos, com vista para o jardim. Mas fomos alocados em um chalé. É importante deixar claro qual o prédio da acomodação: o principal ou os chalés.

Ótimo café da manhã, recepção dos donos excelente, hotel bem localizado, quartos amplos, porém solicitei/reservei quarto com cama de casal e no quarto haviam duas de solteiro lado a lado, com lençóis/ colchas/… separadas, que claro não dava para dormir no meio pois as camas se abriam
