The location was fantastic and amenities were quite good. Service at reception was friendly. One of the beds did not have brakes on the wheels and slide around the room which is not ideal. Overall, we had a good stay and we would stay here again.

The hotel front desk lack enthusiasm and was as cold as winter outside. Will not be naming staffs but the hotel can do way better. The only plus point is the location. Housekeeping is good. If not for the location, its doubtful there will be return Guests. The staff on my check out looked more senior and was friendly. She did a better job.

The hotel is located in the CBD. We are able to access to the places of interest and shopping centre easily. The shopping centre is just opposite the hotel. The hotel staff iis friendly, provides immediate assistance when I enquire for baggage storage. Though there is a notice about on the 3rd day room service but there was room service on the next day of our stay. Highly recommended

I booked a twin standard room for my elderly parents, but they were assigned a room right next to the bin collection area. The noise was unbearable, and they couldn’t sleep all night. I can’t believe how close the bins were to their room. Why would you assign such a room to aged guests? Very disappointing.

Second time staying at this hotel. Great location and was able to use the self check in kiosk to settle down earlier.
We were given a room right next to the lift and cleaner's storage. I am assuming staff start cleaning from 830am as there were lots of doors banging, vacuum cleaners and things dropping outside our room.

The room was very small, bed was ok for one night. The lady at the fro t desk was very helpful.
Location is great, right in the CBD but noisy.
