Mercure Nantes Centre - Grand Hôtel

The location and service staff are very good. We are two adults with a child, and they also gave the child a small bed. The hotel is a little old, and the workers don't clean it so cleanly, but the cost performance is very high

The room has everything you need, very clean and tidy. The breakfast is good, The parking lot is hard to find, especially for the first time, it is not easy to find in and out, but the front desk clerk is very patient and gave the navigation address and exit guide route map, but for foreigners, it is really hard to find for the first time.

The employees are not very enthusiastic. The room is very basic compared to the price paid. Breakfast is not very impressive. You should add some mushrooms sautéed in butter to accompany Scrambled Egg.

The hotel only takes a deposit from a bank card. Returns take a long time. There was no hairdryer in the room. I had to ask 3 times and only on the third time did they bring it. For 1 night maximum. But I won’t stop again. The service is not very good.

Hotel ideally located in the heart of the city, allowing you to visit everything on foot and with parking. On the other hand, the bedding is not at all level (thin and very hard mattress), it is the same bedding found in Ibis ** hotels. The sheets are rough and too small (it hardly envelops the entire bed), the cushions small and without volume, the duvet thin and very small. This point really needs to be changed, currently there is absolutely no bedding worthy of a 4-star hotel. The rooms are rather small.
