We have spent our second stay at il Pellicano, four gorgeous days in July 2024. We were three friends and had the Garden Junior Suite F5. It has a big bathroom with two sinks, bathtub and walk-in shower in the typical Pellicano style. The suite has a nice walk-in closet, a living room opened to the bedroom. Outside it has a big terrace with sunbeds. What we love of the Il Pellicano is its style. The rosemary bushes are trimmed like clouds. The entire resort, the restaurants, pool, beach, Guests (and even the wasps) seem to be more stylish than in other hotels. You can somehow still feel the old golden times. The staff is extremely friendly and committed in making each guest feel comfortable. We especially loved the lobby, the bar and the piano, live music filling the rooms and the air makes a special atmosphere. And, when you’re at the pool and hear the open bar speakers playing Mia Martini “Almeno tu nell’Universo”, then you know, this hotel has style. We also appreciate the children policy. I think minimum age starts at 10. Please dear Management of the Pellicano, don’t lower again the minimum age (sorry families, but without small children it’s indeed more pleasant). Grazie e a presto

A 5-star oasis, for sure. Beautiful environs — our second visit in as many years! The pool, the beach club! The only complaints: the bugs (pro-tip: bring repellant for the mosquito and beware of the wasps at meal times) and a relatively limited culinary offering.

Amazing beach club, gardens, restaurants & bars with a personal retro country club vibe…best club sandwiches & best rustic style chips…old school…romantic, grass tennis court, best gym facilities, not much in area unless you have a car but why would you leave paradise. Next time will take a boat to Isola di Giglio.

Il Pelicano is elegant yet casual. The setting and view are magnificent. I first came to Il Pelicano in the 1960s and I love to revisit this beautiful and very special place. You will be charmed by the friendly and accommodating staff. It’s truly top notch!

Beautiful view and good food. Gym is great. Service is average, specifically when we shifted rooms and it took three and half hours to get the new room. The service in the pool, at the restaurant and at the beach is good. Rooms rates are very high. Overall it’s a nice place.

The most beautiful hotel with amazing service, view, food and facilities. The Tennis courts is out of this world and the beach experience is unforgettable Can’t wait to come back . We definitely created beautiful memories and already planning our next visit

This is a wonderful hotel. The natural,beauty, the rooms, the beach and amenities, the food all all first class. The secret ingredient on Il Pellicano is the staff….very friendly, efficient and highly professional. Such an amazing experience all around and perfect as my wife and I celebrated our anniversary.

Il Pellicano is one of my favourite hotels in the world. We stayed over a long weekend mid October - booked last minute after checking that the weather was good. We were blessed with 4 days of glorious sunshine, swimming in the sea, and eating on the terrace every night. October can be a tricky time to travel in Italy - if you’re unlucky it can be cold and rainy, and there is not much to do at the hotel if the weather is poor. We were lucky, and as the hotel was quiet we were upgraded to a lovely sea view room. Service was exceptional throughout. Il Pellicano is not for everyone - it is quite informal, doesn’t have the facilities of many five star hotels, and some of the furnishings are perhaps past their best. But for me, this adds to the charm of the place - it’s a unique experience, in one of the most picturesque locations in Italy.

Had an extremely satisfied stay at Il Pellicano. Upon arrival and departure the team was incredibly helpful and quick with the check-ouin/out. Stayed in a lovely room. Loved the special focus on sustainability, called Il Dolce Far Bene. Had an amazing dinner at Pelligrill. The cuisine was light and delicious, perfectly alligned with the restaurants branding and the team was incredible. All in all, had a wonderful stay, highly recommend Pellicano.
