Hotel muito bom,tem uma boa estrutura,café da manhã muito bom com bastante variedade. As limpezas dos aptos são feitos todos os dias com trocas das roupas de camas,as piscinas são uma maravilha, atendimento do bar e muito bom tanto Raiane e Kaique. Atendimento da recepção muito bom em especial ao recepcionista Vagner que nos deu muitas indicações de o que fazer na cidade, inclusive os passeios da cidade. Em geral hotel muito bom,voltaria mais vezes

I stayed in Ramada on my birthday week and was a fantastic experience. Excellent location, from the sea with a cottage on the beach with a very affordable price. The hotel is in renovation but has not been stuck at anything. The hotel was very clean and organized and noises were not disturbing, all of them were super educated, the restaurant's food I eat best in Bahia and priced with super affordable. I didn't even come out for dinner, eat there, and then I was going to walk so good that it was the dinner. The team working at the restaurant always laughing in the face and distributing attention to everyone. I had a problem with a fridge and was switched quickly. The commercial manager of Jerusalem was very kind and willing to help in everything, I asked to switch a flat-stop room with my little daughter who wanted to see the pool of the room and she helped me safely. I have visited several places from the northeast and went to the quietest stay. Last year I was in the Iberostar all inclusive and I confess that I enjoyed my week much more in Ramada just for the friendliness and sympathy of the staff, thank you for everything and I will certainly come back soon.

The hotel is comfortable, excellent service, simple but wonderful breakfast. As you say: less is more. Price affordable, excellent location, near the shopping points. Only the shower was with the outlet of the dusty water, but, out of that. All right!

My place in Arraial!!! Hostel that has been frequenting for over 20 years. I feel at home! Simple, but it has everything we need to the right extent! Excellent location, comfortable rooms, balcony with network, always tasteful pool, and a reception that is wonderful!!! Do you need something more?

First of all, the location of the Fasano Trancoso is really outstanding. The beach is beautiful, you can walk for hours on a almost deserted beach, there are only a few private houses. The resort is on a large piece of land and part of reserve. The layout is very nice, all rooms are spread out and this guarantees privacy. The rooms are very well designed. I recommend the Fasano bungalow, they are very large. Also the bathroom is big. There is a huge rooftop terrace where you can spend some time during day and also during might to observe the sky and the stars. The breakfast is very good, excellent fruit selection and also many other choices. Lunch and dinner is also good. Not all dishes are excellent, but you can always find some great things. And they are flexible and adapt to your preferences. What sets this resort apart is the great staff, they are all genuinely friendly and attentive and do their best to make your stay excellent. Many of them do not speak English, but they try their best to understand you. So communication is easy due to this strong dedication. Also management is often around and checks if guests are happy. I really appreciate the service provided. For me definitely one of the best hotels in Brazil, also by far one of the best Fasano. I highly recommend this hotel and will probably return soon.
