DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! to start with I returned home to receive an email that they were taking £20 off my deposit for 2 bags of rubbish ( they had not one single bin in this room) had another email to say the rest of my deposit would be in my bank, fast foward to 5 months later I’m still waiting for this money, nothing but liars and thief’s!!! Contact my bank about this as they said “ my bank would have to realise the money” what a load of SH** do not stay here if you want to be robbed of £200!!!! PUT A BIN IN THE ROOM NEXT TIME!!!

Since the fist day that we checked in we totally loved it! Spotless cleaning and really nice and helpful staff! But I would like to say a big thank you to Erina that she tried her best to make our accommodation easy and pleasant! Definitely I will come back!

great location - everything is within walking distance from here; TRAM station about 50m away; apartment was very spacious and clean and everything looked very well-kept and new; basic equipment (1 TV with international cable channels; Nespresso machine; fully equipped kitchen; 2 bathrooms each with shower) - no unnecessary frills; front door can be opened with a code - came by email on the day of arrival, with a second code you then get your apartment key from a key safe); small balcony with seating; many small cafes and restaurants nearby ... overall a great alternative to a hotel stay

Very nice, clean, central facility. Served very well by several tram numbers that take you to the center in a few minutes, the residence is really nice. Furthermore, near the retail outlet there are many bakeries, restaurants and bars. We had an apartment on the ground floor but thanks to the double glazing it was still very quiet. In our apartment there was no bidet but there are other apartments that are equipped with one. From the reception they also organized the transfer to the airport for both the outward and return journey. Excellent price compared to other accommodations we had looked at

Sono stato con la mia famiglia devo dire un ottimo appartamento situato in una bellissima zona appartamento con arredamento nuovo e splendido parquet riscaldato alla grande 2 bagni e spazi enormi… dotato anche di cucina l’unica pecca è che il frigo è vuoto
