It was a very enjoyable stay. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. However, the hot buffet was sadly only Luke warm! Rooms are starting to look a little tired and really need to be updated but are clean & comfortable. The staff, especially the doormen, were fantastic, very helpful, friendly, and professional at all times. Super location to visit the Xmas markets. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

I booked for four nights, and I had to fly to Paris for something unexpected. I canceled two nights in advance. No matter how I coordinated, the hotel refused to give me a refund and just blackmailed me for a room fee of 8,000 yuan. It is very inhumane and kind! This feels very bad! Will never come again! There were hairs everywhere in the bathroom. The price of the room, which cost more than 3,800 yuan per night, was very inconsistent with the price. It was average and not big. It was really a bummer!
