Centrally located in old town Prague near all main tourist attractions. Large apartment with two spacious rooms and a kitchen with a dining area. Parking (on street) included. Portable a/c units available. Staff were fine (some more accommodating than others). Recommended.

A clean refurbished room, with a new bathroom on the second floor. We had a balcony which looked onto Karlova the street which connects the Charles Bridge to the old town. It’s a lively exciting part of town so there is noise but we slept fine, occasional use of ear plugs helped. The staff were great and helpful. If returning to Prague I would not hesitate to use the Royal Road residence.

Clean, spacious, central, welcoming, friendly and extremely good service. Will choose this place for our next stay in Prague. Close to the Charles Bridge, to a great number of restaurants, to the Tiger bar. Of course you stay in the middle of everything, so do not expect it to be noise free. A city ambience is part of the wonderful atmosphere here. Starbucks is the next door neighbour but you can serve yourself with coffee in the reception any time. Although check-in was at 14, we could leave our luggage in the reception since we landed early. Great service altogether.

Location couldn't possibly be more central. But the apartment was still quiet. Big rooms and everything worked very well. Very friendly staff and possibility to leave luggage after check out was excellent. Our stay was very good and would come back.

Amazing location in the centre of old town Easy walking access to all places Super clean and very spacious apartment with excellent views Very friendly and helpful staff Metal gated entrance next to Starbucks and no problem in finding the location Very functional lifts so don’t have to worry about stairs Very comfortable king size beds Plenty of towels, toiletries Very good WiFi access After long days of sightseeing and walking around we were off to sleep with not much bothering by the noise considering people go out at night- ear plugs are provided if needed

On the plus side, there are new appliances throughout the apartment as well as basic foodstuffs in the kitchen area. Also, it is centrally located; but it is difficult to find. The entrance is in the back of a crowded souvenir shop and there is no street sign. There is no natural light and noise from the shop downstairs is loud. The apartment was listed as ground level, but it was up a flight of stars. Not what I expected. I want to include that, although it is the same address, the photos on Tripadvisor look NOTHING like the place I stayed.

Top location, practically 50m from Charles Bridge, apartment with all comforts for 4 people, clearly not the latest trend but clean and comfortable. For those arriving by car, parking must be booked €25 per day in the Prague 1 area...

Functional hotel/apartment in the centre, perfect for those who don't want to take the metro or taxi as it is a 2 minute walk from Charles Bridge, otherwise a decent apartment/hotel, breakfast not the best, and often in the evening as early as 11pm there was no one at reception until 8am the following morning, that's why they left us the keys to enter. The only really penalizing note in my opinion is the lack of privacy as our room was practically attached to another room, so far nothing strange, except that the thing that divided us was a bathroom which was shared, therefore situations often arose embarrassing because it was as if it were a single apartment with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Otherwise recommended

The location wins over everything, it is very central, 5 minutes walk from the square, it is always lively there is always people, if you want to stay in the center of Prague this is the right place having everything close by. The rooms are a little dated but you are comfortable, the rooms are very spacious, but the floor makes noise, as does the bed, I think the only discordant notes are these. I recommend it especially for the location, it's a 10!!

Perfect, in the center of the little world of Prague, everything extremely close, Charles Bridge, Clock Square is all there is to see is less than 500m from here. Amazing staff, welcoming and always kind. Large, spacious and clean apartments. 15 people between adults and children stayed here and had a great time, I forgot the apartment on the 4th floor with an amazing view

Per essere Praga il prezzo di questo hotel è abbastanza caro. L’hotel si trova in un punto assolutamente strategico per poter girare la città Vecchia. L’hotel è fornito di ascensore, al primo piano si trova la reception che dispone di acqua caffè e dolci gratis quando la reception è aperta. Il bagno era condiviso con un’altra stanza. Stanza piccola piccola ma letto confortevole con attenzione per i dettagli. Si è guastata la caldaia quindi la doccia era ghiacciata è stata poi riparata. Bagno senza finestra e 1 solo un tappeto per gli ospiti di entrambe le stanze. Personale estremamente gentile, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito in reception

Posizione strategia nella città vecchia a pochi passi da tutti i monumenti. 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro di Staromestska. Camera pulita ogni 2giorni pulizia e cambio biancheria .Palazzo vintage per cui al mattino malgrado tende filtra la luce (unico neo) . Rapporto qualità prezzo ok.
