Hotel Pulitzer Paris Reviews

Perfect location and super convenient to access all restaurants, super markets, big shopping centers and metros! Stuff is very kind and helpful and hotel is very well designed. It is almost perfect except no fridge / minibar in the room which really should be added in.

I have read rave reviews about the Pulitzer Hotel, and I have written a rave review myself before. But not this time. In February 2025, I booked a room for 2 nights and it was a terrible experience. I arrived at the hotel at 2:20 PM, yes, I know - check in is at 3:00 PM and I didn't mind waiting. The receptionist offered to put my suitcase in the luggage room - I didn't understand why, because I only had to wait a few minutes. Well, OK. However, the receptionist began to rudely insist that I also put my handbag in the luggage room! Finally, my room #311 was ready for check-in and I took the elevator up to it. The bathroom smelled like sewage, the shower door did not close and water constantly flooded the floor. The towels were very old and not fresh. In general, the room was tired and stale. Moreover, the excellent breakfasts at the hotel have become significantly worse, but have not become cheaper. Disappointment!

Both the location and the rooms are very good (7, 8, and 9 are all 5 to 10 minutes walking distance). It is much better than another spa hotel that has been recommended. I contacted 4 front desk receptionists and they were all very good. Professional and very polite, the restaurant waiters are also well trained, very professional, polite and elegant. I highly recommend this hotel. There is no discrimination at all. While waiting for the room at the front desk, I heard some unfriendly questions and requests from some guests. The front desk was also very Courteous and professional response. Thank you for the service at the front desk. It’s great.

The hotel is nice and in a good location. But the bottled water is not very clean.

Comfortable. Easy to live in.

The waiters are kind and willing to help. Every time I want to find a restaurant, go to a scenic spot, or book a ticket for transportation, they can help! Breakfast 🥣 food quality is good! Must try to scare.
