The blood stains on the sheets severely impacted your stay, and we offer our sincerest apologies. The hotel prioritizes hygiene above all else. This incident was a serious oversight in our bedding inspection and replacement procedures. We have immediately launched a comprehensive investigation, meticulously reviewing every step of the process, from cleaning and replacement to inspection. We have also established stricter bedding management protocols and added multiple inspection steps to ensure such issues never recur. Regarding the screen projection issue, as the hotel has been open for over nine years, some TVs were purchased at the time of opening and therefore do not support screen projection. Others were purchased later and can. Due to previous cases of guests projecting their screens to other rooms, we have disabled the screen projection function, as we are concerned about your privacy. We have held the individuals responsible accountable and are strengthening our housekeeping staff's understanding of the hotel's facilities and equipment. We will continue to treat every guest with even more professionalism. We once again express our deepest apologies and hope to have the opportunity to continue serving you.
