Little hotel by the road side. Parking is free but it’s opposite building. Can park the car in front of hotel to unload luggage first. Staff speaks English and friendly. Room has no free water and fridge. Bed is comfortable n firm enough. The location is close to some attractions. However the room facing road is very noisy even when staff told me is not. Motorcycle n people walking past rounding loudly can be heard even late at night. We had bad night sleep. A room facing inwards would be better!

Excellent central location for a 2 day visit of Coimbra. Reception very helpful with map and recommendation of restaurants. Rooftop view of sunset, and great buffet breakfast to start the day. And interesting story why it is named Oslo!

Good view, clean, good services

The staff introduced the hotel facilities very kindly and in detail and allowed us to check in early. The breakfast was hygienic and delicious. Breakfast was served until 10:30, and check-out at 12 o'clock gave me plenty of time to pack my luggage. They were very considerate. The housekeeping staff left us in the room. The clothes inside were brought to us promptly. I will still choose this hotel if I have the chance.

The hotel is in the city center, within walking distance of the monastery and city hall, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making life very convenient. Parking is in the public underground parking lot not far away, which is free and very good. The breakfast tastes good.

The breakfast is rich in variety. The receptionist at the front desk is sincere, warm and thoughtful, and is very patient in answering questions. It is worth recommending. It is close to the attractions and can be reached on foot.

The location of the hotel is good, the parking is convenient, breakfast is included, you can eat enough, it's not good. There is almost no service, no water cups, tea coffee bags, etc. in the room. When I checked in, I was told to add 30 balconies with panoramic views. Later, I found that the roof, restaurant, etc. can see the city view.

The service, facilities and other aspects are very good. The view of the mountain and city can be seen from the balcony of the room, which is so beautiful.
