My last stay at the hotel didn't happen, and they refused my refund request. I wasn't happy with my first stay either; it's far from the city center, the rooms aren't clean, and the hotel is very old. After my first stay, I tried to cancel a subsequent reservation, but they wouldn't issue a refund. Also, there's no kettle or drinking water in the room.

The receptionist welcomes the guests well. Cleanliness all OK. Building/room look new / are in good conditions. Location is not at the center, but there are metro and tram station very close. Nearby big commercial center, many restaurants, including a high-quality Mediterranean restaurant directly at the hotel.

We was there for 2 nights because of the concert in O2 Arena. City centre is reachable approx. 25 minutes by metro. There wasnt fridge in our room.

The hotel isn't new, and the room decor is quite old-fashioned. There was plenty of hot water, but no kettle in the room. It was pretty quiet around the hotel, and the subway station is about two blocks away. The front desk staff were very helpful. The initial room I was given on the first floor didn't have a refrigerator. However, the kind Black woman working the night shift at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She explained that for safety reasons, none of the first-floor rooms have refrigerators. When I mentioned needing one, she was more than willing to move me to another room. Overall, a very good experience.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, free coffee & cake in the lobby. Restaurant serves Jewish food, unusual but mine was tasty. Had a really nice stay and would use again.

Far from the center, nice service, gym is needed also the tea and coffee machine should be in the room and not at the lobby, breakfast must be improve only 2 type if fruit which is very poor at least 5-7 items should be forest furirt, banna is must in 4 star hotels. Also almend, casweu nugget, avocado and more vegetables.

I stayed in Hotel Carol for 6 nights in July. Staffs are very friendly but I stayed in the room without air-con. That room was very hot to stay in the room in the day time. I asked the stuff twice to change my room, but they didn’t. And the menu of breakfast was almost same for 6 days.

It was a wonderful experience and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel amenities were excellent and generally their services were top notch. The hotel staffs especially Josefina and Giril were very fantastic as they made sure I didn't lack anything during my stay. The location of the hotel is equally good because it is not far from the city center.

Location is quite off, room was minimal with no amenities found in major hotel chain. Stayed there due to need to access to an event site which was 15 minutes walk.
