The President

We arrived in Prague early in the morning after taking an overnight train and got to the hotel around 8:40 AM. We asked if there was a room available for early check-in so we could take a shower. The front desk said yes—but only if we paid an extra €50. We agreed and paid. After taking a shower, around 10:30 AM, we called the front desk to ask if they could clean the room while we went out sightseeing, since we would need to use it again in the evening. The receptionist asked, “Did you just check in?” We said yes. Then they told us they couldn’t clean the room because we had just checked in. That made no sense—we paid €50 for early check-in, which we thought included the full service of a normal stay. Since they refused to clean the room, we asked for clean towels instead. But to our shock, one of the “fresh” towels they brought had blood stains on it. Completely unacceptable. The next morning, before we checked out, someone knocked on our door. I asked who it was—there was no reply. Then a staff member just opened the door while my girlfriend and I were changing. They walked away without even closing the door behind them. We reported all of this to the manager. As an apology, they extended our check-out time to 6 PM and said the room would be cleaned again so we could rest before going to the airport. But when we returned, the room still lacked basic items—there were not even slippers provided. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Poor service, bad communication, and unacceptable hygiene standards. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The location of this hotel is very beautiful right in front of the river, 10 mins walk to Charles Bridge and old town city. We booked 4D3N Deluxe Castle & River View room, the view is really beautiful from our room's window. We enjoyed reading by the window every night.Overall, staying experience: 7/10 Location: 8/10 Bedroom. Comfort: 8/10 Amenties: 4/10 Service & arriving experience:7/10 We booked Deluxe Castle View room 4D3N with the president. The location of the hotel is infront of the river ( just beside fairmonr Hotel) 10mins walk to famous Charles Bridge , 5mins walk to fashion street, & 10mins walk to Old Town Square. Our room is 421 with beautiful Castle view from the window.The bedroom is considered comfortably spacious , bright and nice but with outdated appliances like: " wall fixed hairdryer " " fix clothing hanger" "shower with bathtub" & "air conditioner system" The bed pillow mattresses are very comfortable for us. The lighting inside the room is very good for reading as well. The bathroom is spacious with 2 sink good for my husband & I. However, they don't have a standing shower, so you need to shower inside the bathtub. The "fixed wall hair dryer" irrated me as I needed to blow my hair inside the bathroom. Mini bar - comes with coffee machine and 4 bottles of water daily that's good enough for Europe hotels. Facilities of the hotel: Spa , pools, and rooftop bar. Unfortunately, we don't have time to check it out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay , for £220+ per night is fair good enough Amenities: 3/10 Overall Comfort level: 7/10

Nice hotel and great location but rooms were very hot and AC does not work.

The hotel location is very good and nice The workers was friendly and quick But I prefer if they have smart tv in the rooms
