Staff was attentive and provided excellent service. Hotel was so charming but still clean with modern amenities. Bathrooms had heated floors!! Beautiful views and adorable courtyard. Would highly recommend.

When choosing a hotel in Prague, you should choose one in the Old Town, near Charles Bridge. There is an astronomical clock in the central square on one side of Charles Bridge. Standing in the central square, I feel that in some cities in China, the business atmosphere is very strong, there are many tourists, and it is noisy to live here. The other side of Charles Bridge is relatively quiet, and trams pass by from time to time. The hotel we chose is on this side.
Environment: The hotel is a castle transformation, with a yard, divided into different buildings, very quiet at night, and very close to Charles Bridge.
Room: The decoration has a certain age, very clean, the room is also large, and the bathroom has a bathtub and a shower.
Service: Every night when I return to the room, the waiter has already pulled down the curtains, laid out the towels, and placed the slippers. It feels very good. Zoe Chan, the front desk staff, is polite, thoughtful and patient.
Breakfast: Fruits and bread and pastries are self-service, and the rest are ordered from the menu. Bread and pastries are really incomparable to Paris, and they are not delicious. Although ordering food can guarantee quality, it is very inconvenient for foreigners. We wanted to drink a cup of hot milk with oatmeal and nuts. The first time we got a cup of oat milk, the second time we got a cup of yogurt filled with oatmeal and nuts. We had to give up. Food recommendation: 1. Figure 8 Chimney ice cream, choose pistachio flavor, it is delicious and has won awards. Don't buy the one near the Central Square, it is extremely unpalatable. 2. My partner and I stayed at the Augustin, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Prague from February 2nd to February 5th, 2025. We had a great experience at this hotel. As a former Marriott associate, I certainly expected good service from them, to be honest, I found them incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the two ladies at the front desk (Ms. Veronica and Ms. Katerina) who really went the extra mile for us. These two ladies are the true epitome of hospitality. My room was clean, spacious, and the amenities were well-maintained. The hotel's location is right in the heart of Prague, which made it easy for us to visit both Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay or a leisurely getaway. We enjoyed Prague very much, and we would definitely come back to the Augustin, a Luxury Collection Hotel.

The property is nice. However, they were not honest about the internet. Not working in the rooms on the t. V YouTube was not available nor was any other internet outlet on the TV. They did not tell us that before we got in the room. It was very frustrating for me to keep trying to get it to work before I asked the desk. And then I realized I wasted a couple of hours trying to get something to work that didn't work. That's why I rate this hotel not so well.

The staff at the property is amazing. They greeted us warmly upon arrival, and insisted they deliver our bags to our room. The hotel was formerly a monastery, with the monks still living in a separate building of the property. The architecture and design of the hotel are exquisite and represent elements of the former monastery throughout the property. A must-stay in Prague.
