Stayed in Apartments 39 Wenceslas Square which is managed by Ventana Hotel Prague. Booked this as wanted 2 bedrooms for our children and it was very hard to find hotel central hotel accommodation in December. We did it though a travels agents so expected it to be nice. Unfortunately the apartment we stayed in is not the same as the one advertised online. The pictures are different (it looks like the same block Of apartments though). Our apartment had no living area or couch, just a tiny kitchen with a table and the room had no window. The bedrooms were spacious but our room had two single beds pushed together instead of a double. It was clean and warm, however it’s very annoying that they use different pictures to advertise it as we thought we were getting a living area where we could sit down together. We phoned the hotel but they had absolutely no interest and didn’t want to know or care. The apartment building is in a central location but the building is extremely run down when you enter. It would be a little scary if I didn’t have my partner with me and just the children. I would recommend paying more money and staying in a nicer place if it’s a family trip. Due to the false pictures we thought it would be much nicer than it was. You check into the hotel about a 10/15 minute walk away and that was fine.
