One of the worst experiences I've ever had traveling. Avoid at all costs. Storytime: We had communicated that we would be running late for our check-in time. (check-in time was from 2-5 pm. They confirmed that someone would be there to let us in. We arrived at 5:16 pm and no one was there. (Faulty instructions on the owner's behalf - the map said it was two blocks away from the actual location) We rang and rang, reached out via the messaging app, and nothing. Had to book another room for the night and didn't want to go back for our second night. We spoke with the man behind the desk the next morning to ask what had happened and why no one was there to give us the keys to the room. He kept going on about how check-in time was from 2-5, yes, yes we all know and can agree on time. COME TO FIND OUT we were communicating with HIM the whole time. So he knew we were running late, and he then confirmed that there would be someone there and no one was -- then it was excuse after excuse about how he had no idea if we would show up for our reservation for that day so he just left. We had confirmed multiple times with him that we would be coming in that day and that we would be late. To which he had responded "OK" to all communication. When we asked for a refund for one night he gave a line "Oh well, I can't do anything about that you have to go through the website." Every interaction moving forward with him was uncomfortable and overly aggressive on his end. There is no way to get the keys without someone being there to hand them to you. Hopefully, they have gotten a more creative way to leave keys for people traveling there without having to go through the desk. The space was large and clean- however, I won't be seeking out another stay here, especially if it involves guessing if I have a place to stay for the night.

This was my second time using Apartments Tynska 7, and it won't be the last. Everything is great with this place. The location is fantastic; close to attractions, transit, dining. The apartments are clean, full of amenities, and quiet. The only thing to maybe keep in mind is that there is no elevator, which is not an issue for me, but may be for some. The owner is great, and will do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you again!

Third time in Prague. First time staying here. Was a great stay. I'll start with the pros... Location is amazing. Steps from the clock, and about a 10 minute walk to the river. Transit options are within about 5-7 minute walk. There are lots of options for eating very close by. The apartment itself is very spacious. I was in #2. There were 4 beds, which were easy to sleep in. Plenty of room for a family. Full kitchen was very useful. Pots, plates, silverware all included. The host, Krisimir(?), was very helpful and friendly. As for cons, the only real big one kinda goes along with the location. It is loud at night. Mostly people talking and yelling, with some music and vehicle traffic thrown in. This didn't bother me much, but it might fit others. The apartment itself could prolly use some touching up, but it didn't have any effect on my stay. Hot water was come and go, but warm enough. I would stay here again.

Visited in June 2022 and booked 3 bedroom apartment as it was 6 of us. This time I decided to also book the same place in November 2022 for Christmas market. We needed a smaller place and went for one bedroom apartment. We have all we need, little kitchen, bathroom and even the washing machine. I requested a crib for my 13 months old and it was all ready. The owner even provided our kitchen with a high chair. The place is great, it’s right in the heart of Prague with all the Prague must see! Definitely recommend for bigger and smaller families
