It was mentioned that i must push a button for reception at the door. But when i came, and push the button, no body open the door. We were standing outside without any clue for more than 15 minutes. Until another apartment guest came and open the door for us.
There is no instruction how to use washing machine and the dryer.
But the other things in this apartment are amazing. Love it!

The location of the apartment is very good. Very close to the clock tower in the old town. The size was great as well. However, had a little difficulty to finding the entrance and there was no response on the phone number provided.
