Unfortunately - not satisfied
Room temperature was set on 27 degrees and i was unable to change it - the reception agent came to try and help but also couldn’t fix it - in the end - it was a very uncomfortable situation

On the positive side: Clean and nice room, friendly staff.
BAD: The air conditioner didn't work and there are no windows in the room that can be opened. As a result the temperature in the room was close to 27C celcius and we could not sleep. They refused to call technician to fix the issue with the AC (saying they will arrive only after the weekend). We suffered during the nights.
No refund or compensation offered. The statement that they have AC in rooms turned to be a lie during our stay.

Great overall property. A/C did not work for a longer part of our stay with Windows not able to open it was not great. Then the A/C started to work and the difference was significant.
Breakfast was good, but limited compared to other properties we have been to.
Overall, great staff and very accommodating and would recommend to others now that the A/C problem appears to be resolved

Booked this hotel for 6 nights. When I arrived, the air conditioning for the entire building was not working. My room at that time was 25ºC. The hotel rooms do not have windows that can be opened. I was advised that it would be fixed the next day and was given a small fan. Once we were in the room, the temperature increased to 26.5ºC and with the humidity, it was over 30ºC. I stayed for a total of 4 nights and everyday I was told that the A/C would be fixed today. On my 5th day of not sleeping and unbearable conditions, I advised that I had to go somewhere else. Neither ******* nor the hotel would refund my final two nights, due to the room being unrefundable. I think that is outrageous, as I would have stayed if the room was habitable and had no desire to move to a different hotel but needed to get some sleep. Absolutely disgusted with ******* and the hotel for a lack of customer service.

Clean but too warm
The temperature was a constant 23.4 degrees in the room. Absolutely too hot and the staff could not do anything about it for 4 nights and 5 days. The answer was that all rooms have the same temperature throughout the winter season, when the AC was off. The advice was to sleep with the window open facing the busy street. The room offered soap/shampoo solution, towels and bed linen, but lacked skin cream and hair conditioner. Breakfast was okay clean and fresh.

This hotel is clean and warm, the staffs are friendly, the front desk is 7/24 service. The breakfast is rich and delicious, it is free! I have already recommend it to my friends.
