Nice room, good amenities. Pretty clean but some signs of age/wear. Pool and communal areas are very nice.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, and nearly an hour from Melbourne city center. The room was clean, but check-in and check-out took a very long time.

Parking costs AUD 20 per night, but I wasn't told that I'd have to pay extra if I left and returned, which made me feel ripped off. I needed an HDMI cable for work to connect to the TV in my room, and it took a lot of negotiating with the front desk to get one. There was a lot of unnecessary hassle, and I wish borrowing basic amenities like this could be more streamlined. I stayed during the Christmas holiday, and it seems breakfast wasn't included, so I had to go out to eat. The bathroom in my room type only had a curtain, not a proper door. The windows looked quite dirty with a lot of dust outside. The pool had many leaves floating on the surface, and no one seemed to be cleaning it, so I didn't use it. I guess all these issues were probably due to a lack of staff during the holiday period.

The customer service is terrible  There’s nothing in the room No tea,coffee, sugar, water  There’s no shampoo or soap either  It’s disgusting

Convenient to public transport, easy check-in, simple, clean & cozy room, access to gym facilities, friendly vibe.

This was a better option than a hostel and not much more expensive. Way cheaper than a hotel and had everything I needed for my stay. I will stay here again.

Excellent! It's a popular choice among young people, and it's super close to the trendy 'internet-famous' wet market. The Vietnamese pho there is even better than the pho in Vietnam! The only minor issue was that check-in was a bit slow. There's also a large supermarket nearby. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

No house keeping provided during the 3 nights stayed. Lucky that my room can see the green scenery.

Ac was broke room had funny smell 120 a room is not worth it but when there is no where else it had to do
