"Great location. Breakfast was ok at best, and they were very strict about only offering one hot drink and one water/juice. You had to pay if you wanted a second coffee. No continental offering either. I also had to pay extra to have a side of bacon with french toast. Tried the local breakfast offerings the next day and also not great. On service, they knew the room was for two people but only provided one coffee cup and one glass. The second day they didn’t replace the bath towel. We used the laundry service which was quite slow compared to other hotels that we stayed at in Columbia, but fine apart from being slow. We stayed on the mezzanine level in a queen superior room, the bed was comfy but there was intermittent music blasting from somewhere and the view was of another building so not great. I wish I had paid a bit more and stayed at Click Clack (which was fantastic in Medellin) or the four seasons."
