In the toilet very small

We have stayed here many times, previously a little breakfast was included, but none this time. No face washer. Bed sheets not long enough, didn’t even go over the end of the bed. Stayed two night, no milk for coffee for the second day. A little bit disappointed, especially with the price of the room. Lucky we are not big people, using the toilet would be a squeeze!

Room was well appointed and clean, bed was very comfortable and the pool was lovely. Check in was very easy and lovely customer service.

There was a wee and paper in the toilet when we got there. Not sure the toilet had been cleaned at all.

The water in shower kept going hot burning person in shower. The area of toilet is very small.

Great service and staff very accommodating. Nice clean tidy room, comfortable bed. The only issue I had was being a none smoker, the smoking area should be away from the rooms and any paths to access your room. Apart from that I would stay here again.

The toilet in the bathroom was only for smaller people it was so bad they cut out the bench so your knees went under the bench to use in need of major reno

I stay here frequently as it is good value for money, secure and convenient. The image on the booking didn't match the image of my room though so that was somewhat of a let down and I can't stand the pillows as they are like sleeping on concrete slabs so it would be great to see them replaced with newer, softer ones. The rooms are well presented and clean, the staff are always helpful and friendly.

Wasn’t happy with the standard as there was only a sheet on the bed and the blanket we found in the closet was dirty, the carpet needs cleaned . Wasn’t worth $159 a night.

Shower not great. External areas needed high pressure hosing down. Bed was great!

The toilet was very loud after flushing & the sink took a long time to drain water. A new kettle is needed, the rust on the bottom come out when I tipped the water out after boiling it. I was not impressed that there was no hot water even after running it for 5 minutes. I tried the hot water again in the morning and it took a really long time to come through and kept going cold with poor pressure. Only 1 heater worked, the one in the kids bedroom wouldnt turn on even when I had them on the same mode.
