Don't get me wrong, the hotel in the picture is not grand hotel misurina, and the hotel is opposite him. It was also misled by the photo at the beginning. Fortunately, there are two residences next to this lake (there is no other bnb unclear). On the night of the check-in, it coincided with a motorcycle club party, which added a lot of excitement to the calm town. As soon as I opened the restaurant door, I went to so many people. Scared Hotel dinner... It’s hard to eat in a word. . . The hotel didn't have hot water that night, and it didn't solve it for a long time. I called the front desk and asked if I could change a room. As long as there is hot water, I can't do anything. The next day, it was said that there was a problem with the municipal pipeline, and the whole town had problems. I stayed for one night, luck is so good? The scenery is good, pushing the balcony is this scene. Mixed feelings

Best experience. Beautiful and cosy, excellent service, excellent food (we had breakfast and dinner). Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location - outstanding view, small and quiet town, a great base for hiking in the Dolomites. High value for money. We would definitely come back.

We'd planned a multi-day trek on the Alta Via and stayed at both Fiori before and after our mountain trek. We chose Fiori because it was close, but away from the bustle of Cortina, offering a more relaxed and enjoyable experience. The facility was beautiful, the staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. We'd highly recommend Fiori.

Esperienza terribile con questo hotel ancor prima di poterne usufruire: Il giorno 15 febbraio 2023 abbiamo prenotato per telefono due camere per la notte tra il 17 ed il 18 febbraio (per esigenze lavorative). Tutto sembrava essere sotto controllo come concordato con il dipendente dell'hotel via telefono. Una volta giunti su loco (dopo ben 450km arrivando da Milano) il receptionist ci accoglie,in modo piuttosto sgarbato, dicendoci che dato che non erano riusciti a d effettuare la transazione, hanno cancellato la nostra prenotazione. Vi lascio immaginare il disappunto che si prova in una situazione del genere dopo 5 ore di macchina alle spalle. Il receptionist prosegue lavandosene le mani affermando: ”vi abbiamo avvisato per mail” cosa che non ci risulta (una chiamata sarebbe stata gradita), ma comunque la carta di credito ci è stata richiesta via telefono, quindi è alta la probabilità che il dipendente abbia sbagliato a digitare i dati, anche perché trattandosi di una carta aziendale senza limiti di spesa. Allora il receptionist ci ha proposto una soluzione in un loro ulteriore hote 3 stelle (invece che 4s), ma allo stesso prezzo. Proporre lo stesso prezzo per un servizio ridotto, dal mio punto di vista, vuol dire fregare le persone. Oltre che il danno in sé, in termini di vostra mancata organizzazione interna, l'essere stati presi in giro e trattati in maniera maleducata, fa sì che vi meritate il minimo possibile nella valutazione finale. We stayed for 4 nights during the last week of September and early October & it was our first time in the Dolomites. It was walking distance to town and there is free parking in the hotel. It was in a good location where restaurants and shops are walking distance. We ate dinner in restaurants close by. At check in, the reception gave us a list of recommended restaurants. The staff were nice. The breakfast was filling and they offered a variety of food and drinks. The pastries were not so good. We had better ones in the hotel at Val Gardena. On our first night, there was a big bus and in the morning, the breakfast area was so full & chaotic. There was almost no table available. The coffee/espresso maker line was very long and they ran out of cups, etc. I felt sorry for the staff who looked overwhelmed. Thank goodness that the next 3 days were better since we were in a rush to go to the mountains. We had a standard room in the Annex with a good view of the mountains & a little patio with chairs. It was quiet at night. The room rate we got was reasonably priced for the area. I was a little chilly at night and the hotel staff told us that they don’t turn on the gas until winter. Overall, our stay was good.

Very good location and decent breakfast… BUT bedroom was: 1. Facing the front of the hotel and there is a loud bar underneath with music and literally loads of people directly outside the bedrooms drinking and socialising and often drunk and shouting in the street until 2.30pm making sleep before that impossible. 2 . Dirty - with previous guest’s underwear and clothes found under our our bed and mould around the bath. 3 . When we arrived there was a broken wall hairdryer on the floor of the bathroom not working . The manager stuck a new one on the wall which fell off at 4.00 am in the morning waking us up - we had just fallen asleep after the noise from the bar below had finally stopped. 4. Bedroom blinds were broken - manager said the previous guests had not complained and he could not do anything until the following day. 5. On two consecutive evenings there was no hot water. 6. The toilet did not flush properly. There is no proper lounge area and the hotel is really very run down and certainly front facing rooms should be avoided unless you are willing to sleep with earplugs.

Good morning!! I am extremely disappointed! I came with my family, my husband and my two and a half-year-old girl,the first they told me a price,when I came back from the post with my baggage they said it was another price,it's all right if it could be wrong. We arrived in the room the TV doesn't work and,I had to call the reception,the Wi-Fi did not work, and the most unpleasant was cleaning the room, really a mess.There was hair everywhere in the bed and in the bathroom! I have a very long thread to shave it right on the bed shirt. The hair was smelled on both sides. The breakfast was packed. And to worse a guest in the next room at 23:00, come to press the door to tell me that my baby was making noise because she crying and then go to complain at the reception that they didn't close their eyes because my daughter was making noise . My baby was sleeping at midnight and midnight, so I'm sorry, but I would never come back.
