Everything is good, but they send us a bill before checkout. Luckily we have proofs that we do not consume those food, and it was the previous day checkout room bill, not from us. LOL!!

The stay at origin was just fantastic . The rooms are clean . Breakfast is excellent with just enough of everything . The pools are kept clean . Motor bike hire reasonable . Out of town so you need a bike to get around . Great stay at Original

What a disappointment and faded glory. Unfortunately, the resort was very disappointing. Overdue maintenance, dirty/moldy bedding and moldy bathroom scared us. The photos on the site are no longer representative of the current state of the vast majority of the resort. We stayed in 2 different rooms (2 & 29) and both were a big disappointment. Staff/management have a long way to go before the resort is decent again. Price/quality is therefore more than below average. Would have liked to leave a positive review. The only positive thing is that the mosque is a bit further away.

The accommodation was in a great location close to Kuta Lombok and Tajung Aan Beach. If you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle, you should book this accommodation :)

I really have to say that this is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. When I came to Lombok for vacation, the hotel’s frogs screamed at night (you can listen to the sound of my video, the sound heard in reality is louder than the sound of mobile phones. It’s heavier until the biggest one), I’ve been trying to sleep since ten o’clock in the evening, and I finally fell asleep and was woken up by the sound of frogs one after another. By 3 o’clock in the morning, I couldn’t stand it anymore. I contacted the hotel, but there was no reply , because they don’t have internal calls, so they can only send messages through what app, and then I can only contact Ctrip to refund the remaining days. Ctrip’s customer service responded quickly and helped me coordinate as much as possible, but the hotel couldn’t help it. I refused to check out. I didn’t sleep for one night, and my whole body collapsed. Thinking that I would still not be able to sleep every night, I weighed the pros and cons. In the end, I had to move to Sheraton without refunding my room fee. It was a vacation. Yes, it turned out to be in a bad mood. The hotel’s facilities are much worse than those shown in the photos. They are not that new at all, and the maintenance is not very good. I wanted to see the person in charge when I communicated with the front desk to no avail, but was told that it was inconvenient When we met, I just didn’t want to pay me the check-out fee. It’s very frustrating to encounter this kind of thing. I had a good impression of this hotel. The service staff is also very enthusiastic and the food is delicious, but the management staff handled this matter like this unacceptable way
