Punta Cana Hotels with Airport pickup service

I went with my two good friends on our yearly girls trip, and then my mom arrived for her bday. We all loved how beautiful and calm the beach was and all the amenities but we thought the food and drink was not on par with other Secrets or All inclusive hotels we have stayed in. I have stayed at Secrets the Vine Cancun 3 times, Hyatt Zilara Punta Cana, and Hard Rock Los Cabos. Also thought that during the day the pool area was vary boring except during the activities (water aerobics, volleyball, zumba) but it would be cool to have a DJ or louder more fun music playing. It was also very hard to find shade at the pool and the beach, wish there were more chairs with umbrellas. The night entertainment was great at Desires and at the lobby especially the Dj and bands that played more upbeat dancing music, and Black Coffee got everyone to dance and was such a great vibe, we love him. Our concierge/butler - Osvaldy Guerrero Cedano is a true Gem, the best concierge/butler I've ever had. He was super responsive and helped us out at all times. It was my mom's bday and he had the room decorated with cake and Champagne and she loved it. He totally made her day more special. Ultimately I thought that this Secrets was more for couples where most Adults only resorts are a bit more fun and have more of a variety of people of all ages, for example girls trip, bachelorette, bachelor, wedding party. it seemed way more focused for couples and we all felt a bit out of a place. Lastly our room smelled like mold, I wish we had complained and had it changed it because on the last day our Concierge/Butler allowed us to checkout late and then enjoy the resort and use a room just to shower before leaving for our late flight. The room that we used the shower in was the same size but no smell of mold. The service was amazing though, all employees were super nice, kind, helpful and smily they made the atmosphere so great! I had problems with check-in, I stayed waiting 1 hour more than the combined and they still gave me the wrong room, I hired one room and gave me another and they didn't want to change.

Service was horrible should’ve known before we arrived it would be a disaster tried calling resort to schedule pick up and drop off in advance to and from the airport no one answers and when you finally get someone on the phone they transfer you to so many other lines then hang up. I had specific directions in my booking for birthday cake and decorations our room had nothing. We couldn’t book the restaurant because it was full and it was no other option for us other than to go to the buffets each day. Teresa said she would accommodate us for the inconvenience well guess what she didn’t. This place is a joke. Concierge was the same we call for different problems they don’t answer when I walk over they still take hours to send service to our room for water issues and mini bar refilled. Front desk have attitude. Needs more staff and work on customer service skills.

Quality of this hotel is 10 out of 10. Service food everything is top tier. Thanks 👍

very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back

Penthouse suite ocean view The butler said it was the best room in the hotel advantage: The sea is beautiful and warm 24 hours room service The waiters have good English Disadvantages: Low cost performance, showers, beds and other hotel facilities are older Meals are average, I won’t give more than two servings at a time. The serving size is super small Butlers are often missing The hotel is very remote, the road past is very bad Romantic private dinner meals are delicious, but the arranged service is not very good

Beautiful location. Would definitely come again for another vac ation.
