Hotels Near Fenghe Integrated Governance Engineering Monument in Qingdao

It was my first time staying at Atour Hotel. The front desk service was very good, proactive and enthusiastic. The room facilities were complete, including free mineral water, free bottled tea, cola and biscuits in the small refrigerator, which was very considerate. It is worth mentioning that Atour Hotel provides free porridge after 9:30 pm for guests staying at the hotel, as well as afternoon tea in the lobby. The memory pillows in their guest rooms are also very good and very comfortable to sleep in.

The room is big. The hotel looks not very new, but the inside is quite new. It has all the necessary facilities, including smart toilet and separate wet and dry areas. It is worth mentioning that the hotel staff provided very good service. They thought of many details in advance and patiently reminded us. The breakfast variety is not particularly rich, but it has everything that should be there. The waitress is very nice. She actively helps with toasting bread and reminds us that there are freshly cooked wontons. The location is very good. There is a supermarket on the left and a subway station on the right. There are places to eat on the opposite street. It is about 3 kilometers away from Jinshatan by taxi, which is very convenient.

The location of the hotel is quite good. It is right by the sea and it is convenient to walk to the pier and surrounding attractions. However, the hygiene is a bit inadequate. There are obvious stains on the bedding and the table has no signs of being cleaned. I hope it can be improved.

We had a wonderful stay at Qingdao Litian! The hotel is perfect for families with kids, offering a welcoming and safe environment that made our trip truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any requests, making us feel right at home. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend Qingdao Litian for families looking for a kid-friendly and supportive hotel experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall stay was very good. The hotel staff is nice, room was fairly clean. Maybe it’s slow season, the staff all look a bit sluggish. They are either not prepared to answer questions or don’t know how to answer questions. On their website it says they have airport shuttle service with added fee, when I asked them they look dumbfounded. Breakfast was tasteless, nothing was very good. The room I had had dirty windows, and a broken fridge. The hotel staff was nice to put my things in their front desk fridge. Other than that everything else was nice.

Con: 1. The room smelted smoke when I opened the door as I wasn’t aware that guests are allowed to smoke in the room so I didn’t request a non-smoking room. 2. The drain was somehow blocked as the sinking trench was filled with water very quickly but took very long time to drain. 3 There was a pile of water by the bath tub when I checked in, which may link to the drainage issue. Pro: The room was spacious and perfectly satisfied our needs. The sea view was gorgeous from the main room and the living room. Every staff member was so friendly and attentive and welcoming. You can order takeout and they will be delivered by robots. The location is excellent and not far from the subway and Qingdao Railway Station. The building itself is part of the evening light show, which is awesome. I’d recommend it to anyone in spite of the issues encountered.

Really great location and the amenities include a kitchenette and washing machine which was really helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the metro and is nested in a residential building, there are three separate receptions for different hotels in the building all on the ground floor. Couldn't really connect to the smart home systems due to not having a Chinese number but it's a common problem across China. The reception team is friendly and there is luggage storage post check out.

The room was perfect for our group of 3 adults as we only needed a place to stay for one night. The space for the single bed was quite generous and very comfortable. Overall, the hotel was very clean and staff were extremely helpful. The laundry room (self-serve) was a huge bonus. Glad we decided to stay here. Will definitely consider this hotel again if we come back to Qingdao

Hotel location, breakfast and service are excellent. We arrived late and was served dessert brought to our room. It was a delightful surprise. The only setback is the toilet in our room which is separate from the bathroom and does not have a hose to wash away the urine stench left over time. Even though the housekeeping staff came to clean up, the stench just couldn't go away. It was a pity!

This is a mixed review for me. On one hand, we paid for a Seaview that had a building blocking 80% of our view. When we asked to change rooms, they gave us a run around and told us to deal with it. We contacted ctrip, and quickly got a room with a better view. From that point they were pretty kind and courteous. Afterwards, we went to the Hawaiian BBQ restaurant that is affiliated with the hotel. We could only stay there an hour as they were closing. My girlfriend and I had one beer apiece, along with two plates of cold kebabs as they didn’t want to heat anything else. We would have eaten more, but there was no food. When the bill came, it was 572. That was surprising to say the least. Throughout the days to come, we realize that all of the restaurants were quite expensive. So when we looked at their room service selection, we were happy as it appeared to be less expensive. Each meal, we bought no more than 300 worth. And we only ate four times while we were there. The bill came out to 4300. I don’t know where their additional expenses came from. The hotel offered quite a few amenities, but we were busy exploring the city. Please not they have very slow room service. However, besides our initial interaction, all of the staff were kind and warm, It is therefore that I say that it was a mixed review. And I hope that this helps someone when deciding to stay.
