The hotel is beautiful, and the service was excellent. Manager Qu Tonghui was incredibly attentive; they even upgraded our room and sent a complimentary fruit platter. The bathtub was very spacious, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience! We'd love to stay here again.
The sea view was stunning, and the service was great. There was a bit of a wait during check-in, and the front desk mentioned they were fully booked. I initially thought it was just an excuse, but after seeing how crowded the restaurant was the next morning, I completely understood. There was a sweet and kind young lady with a round face at the front desk; I wish I had caught her name. I really wish buffet restaurants would implement a system to fine guests for food waste; it pains me to see food being squandered. Alternatively, offering a small gift to children who finish their plates could be a wonderful way to reward families for not wasting food and encourage good habits over time.
At almost 11 o'clock that night, I suddenly found that the meeting materials for the next day had not been printed yet. I sent a message to Eric with a try-it-out mentality. Unexpectedly, he arranged it immediately without saying a word. A few minutes later, the materials were delivered to the door of the room by a robot, and even the folder was thoughtfully packed.
At that moment, I really felt that it was not just staying in a hotel, but more like having a ”secretary” who was always online. Thumbs up for their professionalism and efficiency!
