I would like to ask for a refund as the hotel was nothing as it was advertised. I am extremely disappointed. It is more like an Airbnb and with terrible conditions. This should not be acceptable.

The apartment is not how it looks like in the pictures. It’s dirty, old and the bed or hard like stone.
