The hotel breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk staff are very helpful, and all the employees are warm and professional. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. "No matter where I travel, Mercure is always my top choice, and the quality at Mercure Qingdao is consistently excellent 👍🏻. The service was fantastic; they helped refrigerate my traditional Chinese medicine and even delivered it twice, which was incredibly thoughtful and kind! The room was very comfortable, and having a mini-bar to store yogurt and drinks was a great touch. It was also very quiet at night, with no disturbing noise! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"This hotel is super convenient, just a 2-minute walk from Fushansuo Metro Station (exit A). It's also really close to May Fourth Square and the Olympic Sailing Center. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient with both check-in and check-out. The rooms are new, and the bedding is very comfortable. Downstairs, there's a great spot for potstickers and 'tianmo' (a local breakfast soup), and across the street at Intime, you can find authentic Qingdao cuisine."

"Overall, this hotel is perfect. First of all, it recently finished remodeling, so it boasts very clean and nice facilities. Especially, it smells very good unlike other Chinese hotels. And the size of the room was very large, so the family of 4 was very relaxed and the sound insulation between the walls was very good. The laundry, check-in, inquiry channel, and communication style were so convenient and easy to use. I think it was Qingdao's best hotel. However, it can be confusing because there are many branches, so just remember that it is located at the intersection north of Timholton. And Linchen, the manager of this hotel, was very kind and considerate to the Korean tourists. Thanks to her, this trip was so pleasant and comfortable. She was so beautiful and kind and I am grateful that she always tries to help us. Thank you for her kindness, I would like to visit Qingdao again. I highly recommend it to all tourists."

"My stay at the Puli Hotel in Qingdao was an absolutely fantastic experience! As soon as I entered the lobby, the minimalist yet elegant decor, complemented by soft lighting, immediately put me at ease. The room was spacious and bright, with bedding that felt incredibly soft against the skin – every detail showed thoughtful attention. From the window, I could enjoy a lovely view of the city, which was incredibly pleasant. The hotel service was impeccable; the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help, even going as far as to help me plan my sightseeing routes. The hotel's location is super convenient for transportation, making it easy to get to all the major attractions. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby to satisfy any craving. Here, you can enjoy a comfortable stay while easily exploring Qingdao. I genuinely recommend the Puli to anyone visiting Qingdao – it's definitely worth staying at!"

"The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to Zhongshan Rd. Station on Metro Line 1, which is a crucial line connecting to many major tourist attractions. It's also right next to Zhongshan Rd. Walking Street, a popular old town tourist spot. The hotel is closest to Exit D. If you need to use an elevator, take Exit A, which is just across the street. The hotel rooms are very clean, and housekeepers clean them daily. All amenities are available, though the bathroom doesn't have a bidet spray. What I really loved was the laundry room. If you don't know how to use it, you can ask the staff for help. The housekeepers here were incredibly enthusiastic about helping me with my laundry. All the hotel staff provided excellent service, always smiling and cheerful – I was very impressed. Most importantly, from the top of the hotel, you get a full view of the popular old town, saving you 39 yuan you'd otherwise spend at a popular photo spot. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Qingdao."
