Excellent hotel at a fantastic price (low season I guess?). Clean, comfortable, great location. Excellent safe and secure motorbike parking. Will stay here again.

It was a nice hotel, close to the center of coty. Breakfast was oke. Everything is oke.

Wonderful néw hotel in the busy center of Nha Trang, the room was clean and spacious. Love the bath tube settings and don't miss their swimming pool ! Breakfast is also amazing too !

Not bad place, great view, but they put Ned on the opposite side fro the Bice view. I think it's better to wake up and see the seaside, not the walls of the next hotels. The floor was dirty... breakfast was nice, many options, I even tried a piece of ostrich meat. Tastes like beef. Swimming pool is big and from the morning to the afternoon there is no sun there so you can swim safely without getting sunburned. Down you can find lots of nice cafes. Also the beach is right on the corner. But I asked to pay extra and checked out at 5pm and I was told there are no free rooms ,and guess what? I checked now on trip.com and there 3 similar rooms like mine are free and bookable!! Ps. There is a sky bar, but it doesn't work, empty as desert.

Everything was good. The swimming pool is big and clean. The room is big and clean with a bathtub. Breakfast with various choices. Staff was so nice and polite.

The hotel is within walking distance of the beach. The hotel staff is friendly and let me leave my luggage before check-in time. the rooftop swimming pool has a good view of the beach and the city.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (from August 6 to 8). We really liked the hotel. The advantages we noted were the following: 1). A wonderful rooftop pool. We were especially impressed by the mountain views 2). Large clean rooms. You can see a piece of the sea 3). Good breakfast. There are soups, meat, omelettes, fruits and coffee. Only during our stay there was no regular milk. Only condensed 4). It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea. There are palm trees near the beach that create shade. And you can lie in the shade 5). Excellent massage. We booked the hotel for only 2 nights, since our main hotel was occupied. But when we moved, we continued to go for massages at the Grand Tourane Overall, we highly recommend it for accommodation

The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The only downside was the almost non-existent beach service. However, I absolutely loved the 20th-floor spa – it was so affordable and high-quality, I wished I could have gone every day!

Hotel staff were nice and room was clean. Some resturants and convenience store nearby the hotels.

Had a really great stay with this hotel. Accessible to the beach, stores, salon and spa. The interior in both the room and the common areas are beautiful. Breakfast buffet was also great. Would really like to come back and book this hotel again. Love that its not expensive yet very clean, spacious and beautiful ♥️

The room floor was very dirty. Daily housekeeping was minimal, only making the bed and providing fresh towels, with no actual cleaning done. Furthermore, neither the late check-out nor the free upgrade advertised during booking was provided.

Overall all ok. 👍 staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good also with alot of variety.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was surprisingly big, giving me plenty of space to relax and unpack. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The location in the downtown area made it super convenient to explore the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

It wasn’t as clean as expected, and they placed us in a different room from the one we originally booked. Because of this, I hope future guests won’t arrive with overly high expectations. As for the location, it’s almost right on the beach, which was very convenient. The breakfast was average, but the pool was excellent.
