The hotel is located in a parking lot with a long, hilly slope. Many taxi drivers wouldn't get out, which was very troublesome. The laundry room and restaurant are accessed from a separate, winding elevator, which was also very inconvenient. The hotel doesn't provide personal handbags, and the bathrooms are visible from inside and outside, which is awkward. The hotel said this was intentional.
