Very smooth check in experience. Connected with Owen (front desk) through WeChat and communication/requests were seamless and answered immediately. The breakfast was great and expansive. We very much enjoyed our stay.

It was my first time staying at this hotel, and I chose it mainly because it’s located right next to the Third Beach in Qingdao. Even though it’s a bit cold this season, the location is just perfect!
I really enjoyed the buffet dinner — absolutely amazing food and stunning views from the window.
And of course, the staff deserves a solid 5 stars. I especially want to thank Daisy 小丁 — I accidentally left my passport at the reception, and she not only contacted me right away but personally brought it to my room. She kept helping me with all the little things afterward too. Truly outstanding service — 5+!

I had the best experience at this specific hotel. I Came across a man named Franz. He was very bright, welcoming & helpful. He set me up with an amazing room and overall great service. I decided to visit this hotel again, because of the treatment I was given the time before. Once again, Franz gave me another amazing stay and I am forever grateful. I will always come to Haitian Hotel because I know Franz will take care of me. I highly recommend.

聽本地人説海天不是最貴的，但是最好的
每天早餐都要排隊，這還是我首次見到
生意真是好到爆，但是並沒有因此各方面懈怠
特別喜歡在餐廳吃着早餐看着海景，很是愜意
帶小月齡寶寶連住三天，不管是硬件還是軟件都比較滿意，剛入駐就會有管家加微信，溝通很方便，有求必應，唯一不滿的是連住三天，房間衹是簡單收拾下，地面沒有做吸塵和污漬清理，小月齡寶寶爬起來就很不乾淨，請後續加強衞生監管！

This stay experience was excellent! Before coming, I contacted the hotel's concierge, 小袁 。He was very considerate in every detail, taking care of the baby bed and the bed board, etc. While waiting for the room, Xiao Yuan arranged for us to stay in the lounge, which the children loved. There were also handcrafts for them to make, which the children were particularly fond of. From reservation to check-in and then check-out, the professionalism, meticulousness and personalized service of the hotel staff were demonstrated. Looking forward to the next stay.

這次家庭出遊我們定了青島海天大酒店，酒店環境、設施、地理位置確實挺好，但酒店的服務更是超乎我們想象格外的更好，我們連住了三晚，酒店行政樓JACK的周到服務真的讓我們享受了家的温暖，還為我們升級了行政樓層的房間，同時還考慮到我們旅途中的勞累，送來了蒸汽眼罩，緩解疲勞…如果有機會三刷青島，海天還是我們首選酒店，它能讓我們體會家的温暖。
