這次來青島旅行，入住了這家温馨的民宿，體驗非常棒，必須給個五星好評！民宿位置優越，距離海邊僅步行十分鐘，周邊有公交站和小吃街，出行、用餐都非常方便。
房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，床品柔軟舒適，洗浴用品齊全且品質不錯。可以遠眺大海，清晨喝杯咖啡。房東大哥非常熱情，不僅貼心地為我們準備了旅遊攻略，還推薦了本地人才知道的海鮮餐廳和小眾景點，讓旅程更加充實。

帶兒子來玩的，住的1703房，房間很大。
設施：淋浴蓮蓬頭舊了水垢較厚，水流偏小，但不影響我長髮洗頭。床鋪沙發較硬，我和兒子睡慣了軟鋪，第二天起來略感腰疼。其他都很好，有冰箱、洗衣機、廚房用品，甚至家裡有的一些工具、小用品都有。
衞生：非常乾淨。
環境：民宿一樓門口有保安室，電梯刷卡按樓層的，房門可以反鎖，比較安全。一樓有豐巢櫃、可以叫外賣，有外賣存放處，有自動售貨機。離地鐵不算太遠，附近是中山路地鐵站和青島站地鐵站，但也需要走個十來分鐘。離大鮑島、劈柴院、大教堂什麼的景點也都很近。很方便。
服務：房東服務超熱情，房間裏不但準備了自製的景點攻略，甚至還有一本《青島深度遊》的書。
下次如果還來青島玩，還會住他家的。
