這是我第一次給酒店差評，也是我第一次想真實的展開説説如何被這個酒店“重拳出擊”且“一擊一擊又一擊”的故事。因為之前去新疆住的美侖酒店體驗非常棒，價格也合適，所以這次來青島，我和閨蜜依然毫不猶豫選擇了美侖住兩晚。我們是落地租車自駕，辦理入住的時候問酒店前台停車場在哪，他反覆強調酒店的車位已經滿了，要我們停在主幹道馬路邊上劃線的地方，去馬路邊上找車位沒有空位，於是致電前台，前台説那你停在隔壁保利吧，我們報銷50塊停車費，停車場收費5塊錢1小時，超出的部分你自己承擔，等明天有車位了你再停過來。OK，我們乖乖的把車停去保利（哪怕天還下着濛濛細雨，哪怕我們還拖着兩個沉重的行李箱）。好巧不巧，回酒店的路上剛好經過酒店停車場的保安亭，我問保安，酒店的停車位還有嗎，他説有啊還有好多呢，你看酒店剛給我發的訊息（把手機還給我看了一眼），然後我們又冒雨返回保利把車開過來。到這裏還沒完朋友們，去到酒店打開房間，門關上後一直響警報，重複多次無果，後來用力重重的把門關上，聲音才消失。酒店的洗漱台、衞生間和浴室的門全是壞的，全部關不緊，門把手又臟又黴。淋浴頭起碼有三分之一的洞不出水，水壓小得根本沒法正常洗澡，浴巾上面還有紅色的油漬，給前台打電話想要新浴巾和幹拖鞋，用房間電話打兩個沒接，後來用手機打了10個，依然沒人接。就這一刻我對這個酒店的忍耐徹底崩潰。到了第二天早上我7:08再次致電前台要幹拖鞋和浴巾，7:28終於送達，結果每一條浴巾上都有污漬，每一條都有！如果説新疆的美侖讓我建立起對這個酒店的超多好感，那麼這個酒店就徹底的刷新了我對華住旗下美侖酒店的認知，我敢説我是我住過的所有酒店中最差最爛的，沒有之一。朋友們，至此，如果你想住這個酒店，可以把這條評論作為參考，我可以為我發言的真實性負法律責任。

攜程酒店房間介紹照片上是一整面窗户的海景，我們到的時候晚上十點多了，然後一打開窗户對面是一棟樓擋住了，打電話給前台，説是遠海景，白天才能看得到，但是那棟樓至少擋住了一半，卧室右邊衹有一扇小窗户，床對面是兩扇窗户中間夾着牆，因為太晚不想和前台爭辯，第二天打開窗簾果然被大樓擋住了，衹有一點點的遠海景。十分不值，地方偏僻，外賣很慢，要不是為了海景，不會選這裏，衣櫃一打開都是塵，讓人打噴嚏，感覺很久沒人住了，除了房間大一點沒啥優點，卧室不大，床很短，感覺高個子的男生都躺不下，廁所竟然有兩個，浴缸旁的百葉窗是壞的，開關是擺設，都不敢用。本來訂了三晚，第二天沒有一點想住的慾望，氣的都忘記拍照，前台也不給換房，説不住了才説換，第一晚房費一點也不退，衹有道歉和一份伴手禮，不稀罕，沒要。

入住後明確不讓酒店人員進入我的房間，酒店人員還是在我外出旅遊時間進入我的房間嚴重侵犯我個人私隱，給了我強烈不安全感，而且我們都是女性，才反覆要求不要進入我的房間，還是無視我的要求，現已換另外酒店居住

這次的入住體驗簡直挑不出一點毛病！從前台辦理入住時工作人員的熱情專業，到房間裏一塵不染的環境，處處都透露着酒店的高品質。床品舒適得像雲朵，晚上睡得超香。位置也很贊，周邊吃飯逛街都方便。下次還來！
