Our room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the breathtaking sea view from the top floor. Watching the waves and the sunset from such a vantage point was a truly unforgettable experience. We also loved the tea time and happy hour—it added such a delightful touch to our stay. We also had an opportunity to join the 'adopt a paper pet' event, it was fun (thanks Grace) This was an outstanding experience, and we look forward to visiting Qingdao HaiTian!

Very convenient location, just 5 minutes walk to Mixc shopping mall. The room I got was new, clean and spacious, with an amazing view of the city. Staffs were very polite and professional. Thank you for accommodating to my late check out request so I can get some rest before my late flight.

Con: 1. The room smelted smoke when I opened the door as I wasn’t aware that guests are allowed to smoke in the room so I didn’t request a non-smoking room. 2. The drain was somehow blocked as the sinking trench was filled with water very quickly but took very long time to drain. 3 There was a pile of water by the bath tub when I checked in, which may link to the drainage issue. Pro: The room was spacious and perfectly satisfied our needs. The sea view was gorgeous from the main room and the living room. Every staff member was so friendly and attentive and welcoming. You can order takeout and they will be delivered by robots. The location is excellent and not far from the subway and Qingdao Railway Station. The building itself is part of the evening light show, which is awesome. I’d recommend it to anyone in spite of the issues encountered.

The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are just great, it's within close walking distance of May 4th square, the coast and the Mixc mall is practically in the same building complex. It's an ideal location for business trips, or vacation. The rooms offer enough facilities that if you are staying long enough you can cook for yourself, you can also get assistance from the staff to order take-aways, and there are a large number of different kinds of restaurants nearby. Also there's a 7-11 convenience store within 2 minutes walking distance from the entrance to the hotel. And getting a taxi is very easy and convenient through the Didi app. If you're familiar with how things work in China, it'll be really easy for you to feel at home, if not, the staff will do their best to assist you with anything you need. The first time I stayed at Seaview Garden Hotel, I was deeply shocked by the European garden-like environment of the hotel and the guest rooms with sea views. The hotel's service, from the front call to the door to welcome guests, to the check-in guide, and the back call, gave people meticulous care and intimacy. Special thanks to the housekeeping department for arranging the beautiful sea view room, the careful room layout and the handwritten welcome letter, and thank the housekeeper Zhao Zhuyue for his thoughtful service, which gave us a very wonderful stay experience. Seaview Garden Hotel, we will come again!

This is my fifth stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms are comfortable (great bed - perfect for the rainy weather) and I particularly like the breakfast buffet. I personally appreciate the service and a special mention to the cleaner and floor manager (秦嘉璐 Jack) for being welcoming, showing me to my room and just simply being polite and hospitable. This is exactly why I keep coming back to this hotel and will continue to come back.

The check-in experience was very good. The room facilities are complete. The front desk staff is very considerate. Facilities: very new and very complete in every aspect. Sanitation: very good. There is no dust at all in the bathtub. Environment: the environment is very good. Service: someone helped to bring the takeaway. Basically, we responded to every request.

Firstly, I must mention the facilities of this hotel. As it is newly opened, all the facilities are extremely new, from the beds and bathrooms in the rooms to the decorations and leisure facilities in the public areas. The hotel's interior design is uniquely stylish, exhibiting a more trendy look compared to other international hotels around this area, giving off a sense of fashion and modernity. Secondly, despite being located a bit far from the seashore, this did not hinder my appreciation of the sea view. From my room, I could enjoy the beauty of the sea and feel the gentle breeze of the ocean, as if I were on a seaside vacation. Moving on to the breakfast, it was quite extensive, offering a variety of choices. From traditional Chinese breakfast options to Western bread and milk, there's something for everyone. Both Chinese and Western breakfast lovers can find something to satisfy their taste buds here. Moreover, the quality of the breakfast is excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors, making it a satisfying meal. Lastly, I must mention the underground parking lot of this hotel. It provides ample parking spaces, making it very convenient for guests who travel by car. The parking lot is also well-equipped, with dedicated security personnel to oversee the vehicles, giving guests peace of mind when leaving their cars here.
