Very well located new hotel. Within walking distance to some tourist attractions. Clean room. The room was a bit small. Lack of space for hanging clothes. The current provision of clothes hangers over the toilet bowl is NOT ACCEPTABLE AND Unhygienic. The biggest disappointment was the bed which was ROCK HARD 😭. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE 🥵 This is because the bed is only the base without a mattress on top. ????? Customer service was very good. Special thanks to Mr Han and Ms Zeng for providing great assistance to us.

Good hotel for business, very clean and new - budget friendly- has no breakfast but many side street restaurants. Starbucks and McDonald's are 5 minute walking distance.

Every staff member is smiling, warm and friendly. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with a bus stop at the door. If you want to play, you can take the bus directly to Kaiyuan Temple for a visit, then walk along West Street to the Confucian Temple. Not far from the Confucian Temple is Qingjing Temple, and next to it is Guandi Temple. After crossing a crossroads, you will return to the hotel. It is also within walking distance from Tianhou Temple. In addition, there are many good snack bars nearby, not the kind that are opened specifically for tourists, but the ones that nearby residents will go to eat. There is a sweet soup restaurant opposite that I have drunk several times, and there is also a ginger duck restaurant that tastes very good.

I hung a "Do Not Disturb" sign. When I returned to the room at night, I found that they still cleaned the door. I thought they just cleaned the toilet and trash can and refilled the mineral water. I didn't touch my personal belongings and the bed. As a result, the next day I found that the cleaning staff threw the cleaning rag directly into our suitcase (the blue one in the picture). It was still half wet. Who knows if it was used to wipe the toilet? Disgusting In addition, the anti-theft chain was installed incorrectly. The lock has a smart password but no anti-locking twist. It can be opened with a room card. And the handle inside the door will not move when opened from the outside. It is useless to press against the handle. Although the public security is good now, I still press against the entire door to sleep at ease The girl and boy at the front desk are very sunny, especially enthusiastic and have a good attitude. The breakfast in the bakery is also good. I could have given a five-star praise for the front desk service
