Really a nice and clean hotel! When we got there the staff was really nice and welcoming. The room was clean and everything was really good! It's a nice and convenient place to stay.

Booked the hotel on Ctrip. Location: Convenient for travel. You can walk to Slender West Lake, Dongguan Street, and Pishi Street. But it's not very close. Facilities: Not bad. There is a robot food delivery service. The room is a bit small. It's just the space for a big bed. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. It's quite noisy outside. Hygiene: It's quite clean. Service: The service at the front desk is quite good, the phone is answered quickly, and they also take the initiative to help inform the travel route. Comments: The cleaning of the room is a bit careless, and the face towel and drinking water are not put in the room the next day.
