Their service treats their guests well. There is something you can't deny that they have a shortcoming. Just like the bathtub drain doesn't work. Their air conditioner is a bit weak. We booked this hotel because of the amenities. We didn't use it because the pool was being repaired. It was a little sad and disappointing but overall my gf and I enjoyed it. Thanks anyway.

If you are on a budget or just looking somewhere to sleep this place is really good. Very close to everything to just classic ”kanto” style food (street food), fastfood, and classy restaurants. Transportation is also not an issue bec its really very to both MRT and LRT. Staffs are also very accomodating and very responsive. I would stay again at Red Planet and qould recommend to try it out.

I had an exceptional stay at Ibis Styles! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant and modern decor set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The room was spotless, spacious, and designed with comfort. The hotel’s location was also a major plus, with easy access to mall and transport. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was clean enough for a budget hotel. It was a good location if you are a concert-goer as it is only a few steps away from Araneta. However, they don't have some of the basic necessities for a traveler like a clothes iron. You also have to go ask the staff for them to give you hotel slippers which should've been already provided along with the hygiene kit and towels.

Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus. * Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare! * Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. * Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep. A Few Minor Hiccups: * Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way. * Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference. Overall: Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. Booked rooms for 2 nights with my friends and with breakfast inclusion. The hotel was so close to the Araneta Coliseum and we were able to just walk from there to the venue of the concert we recently attended. The breakfast was acceptable and tasty. The rooms were very clean when we checked in and spacious enough for two people to share.

Poor customer service. Breakfast buffet room service? what the ****! Smells bad inside the elevator and not a satisfying breakfast menu! This should be considered a motel not a Hotel. Needs more improvement and trains your staff in a very good manner towards your guests.Over all rating should be 3 star.

The hard pillows are not comfortable, the air conditioner does not adjust the cold, there are small cockroaches, the staff is kind, the first room I went to smelled of cigarettes, I moved and they immediately moved me to another room so
