That hotel was so clean and services very very great. We traveled 2 little babies and all staffs were very helpful and decided all of request. ✨️We had king bed and it was so comfy and clean ✨️Shampoo and shower gel was so nice organic smell and great quality ✨️Very liked their love enviromentally things. ✨️Staffs very nice and polite ✨️When come in room that has already good cleaned and it was so good feelings for us ✨️Breakfast was buffet and great tastes

The property is very close to Araneta Center Cubao which is a transport hub. Indian food is also available nearby. The rates for the food are at par with most Filipino Food Courts.

Celebrated our anniversary here, the room was so clean and very spacious, room service was approachable but quite slow on requests. Our stay came with a free breakfast, the restaurant was an international buffet, the food served were all great and freshly cooked. It was a very nice experience.

B hotel was the perfect place for a family getaway. The staff was welcoming to our children, and the hotel offered kid-friendly activities donut making that made our stay stress-free. The pool was okay but no pool for kids so you need to bring their floaters. We felt truly at home and enjoyed a fun and relaxing stay. Poor customer service. Breakfast buffet room service? what the ****! Smells bad inside the elevator and not a satisfying breakfast menu! This should be considered a motel not a Hotel. Needs more improvement and trains your staff in a very good manner towards your guests.Over all rating should be 3 star.

The room was clean enough for a budget hotel. It was a good location if you are a concert-goer as it is only a few steps away from Araneta. However, they don't have some of the basic necessities for a traveler like a clothes iron. You also have to go ask the staff for them to give you hotel slippers which should've been already provided along with the hygiene kit and towels.

I booked Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria because it was the venue for our event, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was really spacious—enough to fit up to four people comfortably. I loved the city view from the room, but what stood out the most was how worth it their buffet was—super sulit! The location is also very convenient since it’s connected to Robinsons Galleria, which made everything accessible. The internet connection was fast, and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay!
