On the night of May 31, 2026, a very loud alarm went off for a long time. Many people came down from their rooms. I regret not taking photos, and the hotel didn't provide any explanation for what happened. I couldn't sleep when I went back up to my room. Also, there's a 1000 deposit required before check-in. When checking out, I lost my deposit slip, and even though I didn't steal anything from the room, I was fined because I didn't have the slip (in the end, the hotel only refunded me 100 baht, even though they already had a record of my payment). Another issue was the key card for the room. I stayed for 2 days and 1 night, and I was locked out twice. I had to go to the reception to have them reset the card system so I could open the room. I noticed that other rooms also had the same problem. Even at around 3 AM, when the alarm went off, someone couldn't get into their room and had to wait for reception to reset it. Overall, I was very unimpressed with my stay here.

The accommodation is clean. The room is quite spacious and not cramped. The staff provides good service. There is a security guard on duty at all times. There is a parking lot, but the entrance is quite deep.

Great stay. Do not hesitate, just book and take my word for it. There is a very nice restaurant attached to the hotel. You will enjoy the peace and quiet.

The service was good, and the room was clean. However, the air conditioning was slow to cool, and the fridge wasn't very cold. The breakfast was delicious, and the bed was soft and comfortable. A hairdryer was provided, and the shampoo and soap were of excellent quality.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is next to the shopping center. The parking lot is spacious. I have stayed here twice. The room is good and clean. The hotel is easy to find. I highly recommend it to anyone who comes to Ratchaburi.

I had a wonderful stay at Is Am Are Stay Boutique in Ratchaburi. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the modern amenities I needed. While the hotel is in a quiet, residential area, I found this to be a plus, as it provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value and a genuinely welcoming experience in Ratchaburi.

Generally clean and acceptable. The bed is good. The room lights are dim and suitable for reading. No coffee or tea.

The room is big, clean. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The room is not soundproof. If the next room is noisy, it can be heard very clearly. There is a refrigerator and two bottles of drinking water. Ample parking Can park a lot near Robinson, the entrance of the alley has seven The bathroom does not have a shower curtain. Causing no separation of wet and dry zones overall it is good and affordable.it looks more like an apartment than a hotel.

This is a very nice hotel with great service, clean rooms and good shower. We had a balcony with a nice view of the mountains. There is a washbasin and clothingrack outside too, very handy. There also is a kettle and a big fridge, we were very very happy. In the morning they serve coffee with Thai doughnuts. We would stay here again !!
