The day before our wedding we went for a bite to eat. We had the surprise menu with a number of wishes. No shellfish, crustaceans and no raw/unprepared products. The starter was a kind of terrine of boiled/roasted tenderloin. We ourselves did not find it very tasty and not very inviting in terms of layout. The main course was a piece of pork à la hare cutlet. Again, not really what we expected. The taste was excellent and the vegetable and potato preparation was also good. The dessert was a kind of bombe Vesuvius. And then you get into discussions. To what extent are the whipped proteins fully prepared or raw? We have indicated that we do not want to take any risks. A replacement desert was then presented, with delicious fresh blackberries. The service was very friendly, but we certainly expected more from the kitchen!
