I booked a superior room and was given a standard, not a major deal but the rooms are very small - VERY. There is little room for any suitcases or items. The hotel is clean, but one concern is they write the room number on the electronic keys - security issue as you have to return keys on checkout or charged The hotel located closer to the commercial section vs tourist section. The room temperature is controlled at main desk for the room which is ridiculous, they closet the temperature even though you have thermostat in room it does nothing There is parking but it is very tight onsite. Overall we had a nice stay but not getting our room we reserved or refunded the difference in price is not acceptable for a hotel to do

The first time we rested in Rimini, we are very sorry that we chose this hotel. The owners are impudent and greedy, the rooms are very small, cramped, with a musty smell, everything is old and the taps are leaking. Booked for 7 nights for the entire period they gave paper, 5 grams of soap and 15 grams of bath foam, of course there is no bath in this hotel. There are no irons and kettles even if you really ask. Breakfast is absolutely monotonous and meager (coffee, buns, croissants, boiled eggs, juice and yogurt) Check-in not earlier than 15, check-out at 10 am. They try to get more money, you can’t even look at the room until you pay everything they require, you won’t cross the threshold of the room. Pets are allowed in the hotel, you will immediately feel the characteristic smell and noise. Of the pluses, the sea is close, ten minutes walk, the beach is very spacious, there is a paid and free zone. We highly do not recommend the hotel, your vacation will be spoiled, they have a lot of rules and claims against guests, the answer to all your requests will be “no”

My favorite hotel. Every weekend I come back and enjoy the beautiful view that this hotel offers. This Hotel is first class. Nothing was too much for the staff. The place is spotless the room was fresh and air ..Be back there with np worries🌟🌟 ⭐️

Small car park costing €20 per day Pool unheated and needs more (daily) cleaning. Lack of sunshine around the pool We stayed (3xAdult, 1xTeen) for four nights whilst attending a sporting event nearby. On entering the hotel, it looked pleasant. On entering our room however, we got old damp kind of smell. The fridge did not function and we reported it on several occasions and it was never fixed. We did have an issue with the plug in the bathroom sink, which they rectified by removing the plug entirely. Housekeeping staff did a great job in the limited conditions. The room is very narrow, there is luggage table behind the door, meaning you cannot open it fully, and the bathroom is old, dated, and prone to leeks. However, shower pressure is good. We were told halfway through our stay the hotel is under new management. This is bringing a full refurbishment over the coming months and so explains why we were awoken before 8am one morning to the sound of hammering and banging. Would we stay again, probably not. There are so many alternatives in the area with similarly great locations, but with better facilities, for similar prices.
