Understaffed. Location is superb. Mini bar prices are average. Breakfast is included and is a 10/10. Overall good experience

Great location and the staff at the reception was polite and professional. Overall good value for money. However: the mould in the toilet should be removed and the cleaning crew forgot to clean the floor a couple of times.

The hotel doesn't offer many amenities, I couldn't even get a fork to eat my takeaway. The rooms are small for a couple. It's a simple hotel, for those who are staying for just a couple of days. Reception service is really bad. Quartos pequenos demais. Cobram 1 diária INTEIRA pra fazer check-in antes das 10h, achei isso um absurdo! Péssimo atendimento da recepção. Ar condicionado não funciona direito, nem telefone do quarto. Quase nunca atendem telefone quando vc liga pro hotel. Só recomendo pra quem vai passar uns 2 dias na cidade.

The hotel is located in the middle of Copacabana. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The hotel seems very safe. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good!

The location is very good, close to the metro and the beach (about 3 or 4 blocks from both)... The hotel has comfortable, small rooms, I found the room clean, but there were some marks of mold on the walls... I'm fine I'm allergic, but I didn't smell mold in the room and I didn't have allergies... The air conditioning was weak, so I always had to leave it at 18° to cool the room... The staff is very attentive, I didn't need many services, but when I needed them, they were good.... The breakfast is delicious and has a lot of options, I post a photo of my dish here and there were more options on the buffet that I didn't want to take... It's a hotel that used to be fancier and is now a cheap hotel, you have to keep that in mind...

All good in general. Good facilities, pleasant rooms, working air, good breakfast and good bathroom and room. There was only one detail, we asked for a double bed and they gave us two single beds joined together.

Good breakfast, good bathroom, mattress where you felt the springs, I'm skinny so I slipped away. For the price the hotel is not bad.

The hotel's acoustics are very bad, you hear noises from the rooms next door (conversations, music, TV, shower...). Also the hotel seems to be lacking maintenance. The paint on the bedroom wall was peeling, the bathroom stall didn't close, I had to take a shower while holding it. Good location, comfortable bed and satisfactory breakfast. But I wouldn't go back!

Bad and inflexible service. I presented proof of illness and it was not accepted for changing or canceling the reservation.
