Uitstekende locatie. Prachtig hotel en mooie grote kamers. Goede service en vriendelijk personeel. Kamers zijn voorzien van ruime badkamers. Wij hebben heerlijk genoten. Echt een aanrader. Wij komen zeker in de toekomst weer terug. Ideaal voor een paar dagen Roermond. Alles is op loopafstand, barretjes, restaurants en winkels. Outlet is ook op loopafstand.

I stayed in many good hotels with work. This is the cleanest hotel I ever stayed in. So much attention to details. Great rooms, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, super location. Just amazing, we will be back and recommend. The 5* well deserved

This hotels in a good spot near bars and restaurants, its clean the rooms are nice and it's got good parking. However the customer service is very poor. Usually (Ive stayed s few times) you have some disinterested youth at reception who can barely focus on you, your needs, your booking etc. Inattentive poor service basically in fact almost almost rude.. for the management of this place. It takes very little for your staff to be attentive - its free and makes customers feel welcomed and not like they are a distraction from Tik Tok...

Nice hotel. friendly personal and stylish ambiente. It is not far from the centre. Hotel has a garage with EV loading stations. The bar is small but cozy. Bed are very good, the room is stylish and neatly cleaned. Also a very good restaurant (Nodi) is at the ground floor

A really nice hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. Personal is really friendly en helpfull. The breakfast is great. a nice lounge and fitnessroom/center. Close to the citycenter and the Roermond Outlet center.

Another great stay. Hospitality at the highest level. Beds you wanna stay in for the whole day, except coming out for a great breakfast! Very central situated to all great things Roermond has to offer: Nice shops, The Outlet, trips on the lakes, great variety of restaurants, including the one of the hotel itself.

Very nice hotel. Nodi, the restaurant very tasty and excellent service. The bar is in need of a real bartender and more choice of drinks and snacks. The rooms are fantastic. Nice decorations en split toilet and shower. Excellent

The Valies is in Grand Hotel design... but it isn't a grand hotel. It is a nice hotel with the design. It misses the real grandeur though. Rooms are spacious, and clean. The bathroom is really nice. Our room was towards the road, which can get really busy and noisy. The breakfast was disappointing, far from grand. Have seen hostels with better buffets. The bar area is okay, except for the lightning: like sitting at the railway station. The parking garage is good, but too few places. I reserved and paid, but still no spot first evening. The -young- reception staff is friendly and helpful.

Beutiful entree, Huge Parking with enough Space for our e-bikes, very clean room and bath room, delicious breakfast! Friendly personel, and an excellent location regarding the city centre and DOC. Unfortunately, we did not have view on the Rur, but sleeping on the road side was not a problem with regards to the noise of cars. We certainly will book Grand Hotel Valies in the future again, when we do a mini-holiday in Roermond.

I stayed for one night in this hotel and I really loved the decorations of the facility and the great service of the personnel. The room was slick with a modern decoration. The room and the bathroom were clean and beautiful. The bedding was very comfortable which was truly appreciated after a long day of cycling. The AC and Wi-Fi were functioning properly. I was able to safely park my road bicycle in the parking lot of the hotel without an additional. The breakfast buffet was large with a variety of food to choose from. There was enough room for the crowd to seat in the restaurant and the buffet was refilled regurlarly. Big up to the staff who went out of their way to provide a solution to fix the flat of my bicycle. It allowed me to travel back to Germany while enjoying a nice and safe trip through the countryside. Things to improve: the quality of the toiletries, like the shower gel, should be higher, preferably organic natural products.

The hotel is located in the centre of Roermond 10 minutes walk from the station, 7 minutes walk from designer Outlet Roermond and in front of a lot of bars, restaurants and cafes Worst check in ever, not allowed to enter before 3 pm long time check in process Check out :they knocked the door 10.50 am asking me to leave because the check out is 11 which was strange for me and the way of asking was rude Room space was great, clean, super amenities, breakfast fast limited choices but tasty

This was my second trip to Grand Valies, as my first experience had been rather positive. However, this second experience became a disappointment. Had booked two rooms for two nights. After our first night, we woke up to the hotel having no hot water. When I phoned the reception, they said that there was already a company there to work on the problem. That sounded promising. However, after we came back from our morning shopping, I enquired about the state of play and the staff at the reception said the company was still working to fix the problem. When we left the hotel in the afternoon, I asked again. Same reply. I remarked that we would not be staying the second night, if the problem couldn't be fixed. What did I get as a reply? A shrug!!!!!!! Nothing more, nothing less than a shrug. At no point did the reception staff, the management, contact us, or offer some kind of compensation. Not even a complimentary drink in the bar or free parking for instance. Hugely disappointing. Lucky for us, warm water was restored. Upon checking out, yet another lady at the reception, asked if everything was ok with our stay? When I told her about my disappointment she looked surprised and said she had no idea, would note it down for management. I thought to myself, surely, now, they will react. Alas, the only reply I got was an automated message, suggesting I leave a review of my stay at Grand Valies. Of course, I complied.
