The room was spacious and very clean, and the service was excellent. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties were incredibly friendly, and the attention to detail in their service was impressive. The late-night noodles were delicious – I had them two nights in a row! This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed in in recent years across all aspects. It will definitely be my first choice whenever I'm staying at the foot of Mount Heng.

Overall, my stay was great. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The location was convenient, making for a very comfortable stay. The only minor drawback was that the price was a bit on the higher side, so the value for money was just average. Despite that, I was quite satisfied with my stay.

This hotel was a great choice for our vacation! It's perfectly situated just 1km from the scenic area, right at the foot of the mountain. What's even better is that they offer scheduled shuttle services in the mornings. The buffet breakfast is served in the backyard garden on the first floor, which has fantastic air quality and ambiance. We stayed in an executive room on the second floor; it was spotless and came with thoughtful amenities like a small blessing gift, fresh fruit, and yogurt. The hotel's facilities are quite comprehensive. During the summer, the outdoor pool is open to guests. They also offer morning 'Baduanjin' exercises and afternoon tea. We'd love to come back again!

At that time, our friends arrived at the hotel very late and gave us three rooms at the price of 268 per room per night without breakfast and mountain view room. This is the Vienna member price. For the mountain view king room, we replied that the lady agreed and quoted 297 per room, but the front desk said no, there was no such price. Later, we went to Ctrip and saw that it was 309, so we showed the price and negotiated whether we could get 297. We were too lazy to do it, and the platform was only 309, not much different, but they still said no, no, and the attitude was not friendly. They asked us to book on the platform. My friend was a little angry because the former and the latter colleagues were inconsistent, which might be a handover problem, but she did not verify it and directly refused and communicated toughly many times. We agreed to book on the platform later, which was indeed a bit unpleasant. Then after a while after we got to the room, someone at the front desk called again and said that they would send breakfast to each room, or whether they could directly give us the originally agreed price of 297 front desk price to check in and cancel the Ctrip order. Why did they have to argue for so long for that 10 yuan? Everyone was unhappy. The impression score was not good, so we refused. Later, I went to the Vienna website to see the price, which was also 308 yuan. I... Then the person who was most angry left a comment after checking out. I said that it was not easy to comment on hotels, but today I read the comments and replies, sorry I have to comment. To be honest, this Vienna has good facilities and environment, it is worth entering, but the professionalism needs to be improved. It is not a matter of money, but it is uncomfortable. We used to stay in the hotel next door many times, and the price was much more expensive than Vienna, but we were very happy to book that hotel every time we came. Unfortunately, it closed down this year, so we booked Vienna. Ps: Hengshan is a good place, but this does not represent our impression of Hengshan. We like it here and come here often.
