The service is weak. I wanted to add more clothes racks to dry clothes at night and couldn't find anyone. I didn't reply when I contacted them. I had to call for cleaning the day before before they could follow up. The accommodation was really average and the price/performance ratio was not high.

Manager Jiang from the F&B department at Zhangfei Hotel truly provided me with service that exceeded expectations. Firstly, because there's no elevator to the second floor for ordering and my elderly parents have difficulty walking, she specifically arranged for us to dine conveniently at the ground floor cafe. Secondly, knowing my parents enjoy freshly ground soy milk, she specially prepared it on the spot, which was a pleasant surprise. Service, in essence, is both simple and challenging. Learning to reflect on various issues from the customer's perspective and diligently finding solutions is precisely what every service staff should strive for, starting with the small details. Fond memories of Langzhong, I will choose to stay at Jinyuan Zhangfei again next time.

The location is great, right in the center of the ancient town, with plenty of snacks around and convenient transportation. The environment is nice, but the room facilities are not very good, probably because it was crowded during the Spring Festival. They didn't even provide toilet paper, making for a poor experience.
