Misleading info on Trip.com: No 24/7 check desk, only till 6pm. Reserved room for 5, got one for 2. Kids' bed terrible, insufficient covers. Location perfect, but caution choosing this agent.

I send emails to the hotel before I come because I was so worried after review on trip advisor but I was been told was a old photos and room now is a renovated!! The room was really bad , dump , damage etc , my son he got allergy on dump and after staying here we need go to doctor !!! Only 1 good things is very close to everything.

We stayed here from 22-25 September! It was easy to find, Instructions from Anna were easy to follow, It was clean and the perfect base for us to explore! Perfectly situated for most sites, we walked 36.5. Miles over the weekend as well as using the metro, train and Big red hop on hop off buses. When we come back we would definitely stay again!

We have stayed 2 nights, I have to say that the location is unbeatable, on foot everywhere. As far as cleanliness is concerned, the truth is, from everything I had read I expected it to be worse. But he wasn't fine. The room needs good maintenance, at least the one we stayed in. Mattress and pillows not very good. Communication with Ana was perfect, everything was quick and easy, she managed our transfers from the airport and was super punctual.

We stayed 3 nights here and will never stay here again. No one greeted us when we arrived, we kept calling and no one answered the phone. After numerous attempts someone finally answered and told us where the keys to enter were. We immediately noticed the stairs to our room which were dirty, not to mention the apartment!!! There was only one window that looked inward, where there was a fake lawn full of cigarette butts, the air conditioner was held together with scotch tape, the sofa bed where my children slept was small, uncomfortable and creaked every movement. Dirty sheets full of fur and hair. It was very hot at night, but there was no thermostat to regulate the temperature. The dirty bathroom, with a very small shower (we couldn't move), with a shower tray all chipped and full of black mold. In short, I strongly advise against it. The only positive thing was the amazing location.
