We stayed here for 7nts, having stayed in the centre of Rome a few years ago, we wanted somewhere with a pool close to the city. Whilst we don’t usually stay at campsites, we had a great time. The restaurant was a good surprise as the food was great, lovely staff, very helpful, chatty, and attentive. The pool was big and pretty clean to say it’s a campsite pool, no problems there. We stayed in a bungalow with air con, and you do get what you pay for in all respects, this needs to be considered before you book, it’s not a 5* experience, as you aren’t paying for that (some of the reviews are pretty harsh in relation to the price you are paying). The shuttle service was great provided by the hotel, and train very easy and regular, taxis are difficult to confirm from our experience as it’s remote, and so do be prepared to use the shuttle if you intend to travel in and out the centre, last shuttle is 9pm. Do also take your own towels and a swim hat as this is mandatory in Italian Lido’s (never been to any other country that enforces this rule in such a way, apart from areas in Asia, but important to respect the local culture in any case). I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this place is..the views are outstanding, the service exemplary, the food outstanding and the rooms so large, clean and modern. But most of all the staff was outstanding in every way. They made us feel more like family than guests. Giovanni, Dario and Magda become more friends and family than employees and this is all driven by the owner Joao, who himself welcomed us on our fist day and was serving us food on the beautiful terrace. I cannot recommend this beautiful boutique hotel enough...its a 5 star hotel on the highest hill in Rome. this is where we stay from now on when we go to Rome...with our new friends, Dario, Giovanni, Magda and Joao!..Thanks you so much for an unforgettable anniversary vacation!

We had a fabulous time here. We were a party of my husband, my daughter, her boyfriend and me. We had a 2 bed apar**ent, 1 bedroom was an open plan one on the mezzanine floor with balcony overlooking kitchen and sitting area. Nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Checking in was brilliant as Giada was so helpful and explained everything from where the nearest grocery shop was, local restaurants, little booklet with useful info, how to buy bus/ train tickets from reception, where to get train and buses from and booked our tour guides for us. It saved us a lot of time and angst working all this out for ourselves. I’d definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you Giada especially.

Hotel conveniently located next to The Vatican in a quiet neighbourhood with many restaurants, cafes, clothing stores within a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel staff very professional and friendly. Special mention to Front Desk Agent Chiara Stage who went above and beyond in ensuring we got the most out of our short time there. We had a lovely balcony and a large bathroom. The room was spotless and modern with flat screen tv. The only complaint being that the pillows and matress were too hard for my comfort.

The structure is very rational, with modern and essential rooms. The value for money is very good and Giada, the manager, welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. Close to public transport and away from the chaos of the centre, I took the boys there on a trip and if I were to return to Rome with them, I would not hesitate to contact them again.

The hotel is owned by Accor, and it is booked habitually, thinking that the quality is guaranteed. It is very large, with 100 rooms. Not in the urban area, but relatively close to the Vatican. Turn left at the exit and turn 100 meters to Balduina station. You can take the subway directly from the airport. In a residential area, there is a room from Wenzhou nearby. We booked a quadruple room, one bedroom, one living room, one bathroom, one kitchen, and a big balcony. We can cook but there is no washing machine. There will be no one to clean even if you stay here, and you have to take the garbage to the gate on the first floor to throw it away. The bathroom light kept flickering, and I called someone to fix it, but they didn't come. After a few days, I came back to Rome and still wanted to stay here. I booked and paid in advance, but the hotel said that there was no reservation, and the room was full again that day. Fortunately, even though Ctrip coordinated me to go to the city, I made up for the difference. Mood from sunny to cloudy. It is recommended to book a room with a discount. After payment, you still need to confirm with the hotel front desk whether the reservation is successful. Hotel front desk service is good. The hotel has an underground parking lot, which can store luggage.
