Arrived in the early morning, the room card is with the bartender next door, the room is quite big

his little boutique is a rare gem. Anyone who is LGBTQ or has friends and family of loving LGBTQ would love to stay here and experience the fantastic location, the fantastic staff and the fantastic bar and restaurant downstairs. After a month's stay in Italy, this was our last destination and it was more than we expected. A really big shout out to the staff - Alex, SANTINA, ROSEANGELA, Paco, LEONARDO, Gaetano and Michael. The staff was friendly and provided great service. We ate and drank there 3 times in our 3 night stay. BRAVO!

Highly recommended !!!! You can't get better location, a few meters from the Colosseum, you walk out the building to see Ludas magnus (gladiator training area) & a few minutes to Colosseo train station. Many local restaurants on the street serving good food & a small supermarket the next street over. The staff were amazing, we really want to thank them, honestly the service was fantastic, they were ;so helpful, polite, friendly, informative, we had a portable hotspot delivered to them & they replied in timely manner to update us & kept it safe until our arrival. The room was comfortable & clean. I can't express enough how Highly I recommended this place.

Excellent location, easy to get around and super friendly staff ready to meet our needs. Bars, restaurants and entertainment very close to the B&B. Easy access by public transport, taxi or even on foot

This B&B is very well located, but it is quite noisy. There is a bar downstairs that closes at 2:00 in the morning with loud music. One night there was a party with screams included. The restaurant offering is very good: Pizzeria Trattoria Luzzi and for breakfast Caffè Antica Roma
