The walking distance to metro station and shuttle bus station to airport is convenient. No shampoo is provided and no place to hang clothes in the bathroom. There are sometimes issues with hot water when taking a shower.

The place is great location and very pleasant.Room are clean and spacious.The host Vanessa were very accomodating and friendly. I highly recommend this place specially for solo traveller.

Very friendly and helpful host to help settling in, Free snacks and drinks provided. Few blocks away from metro, many restaurants and shops nearby. It's a nice neighborhood. Just that the room is a bit small. can't open your luggage inside. Good for a short stay.

the accommodation was clean, quiet and cozy

At first, it took a while to find the location, but after arriving, I had a satisfactory stay. Since there was no separate front desk, I received early check-in instructions on the 3rd floor, and breakfast was prepared in the room in advance, which was convenient. The room condition was clean and comfortable, and I was overall satisfied. However, the water pressure was somewhat weak and the hot water was intermittently cut off. Nevertheless, it is a place I would recommend to those who want a comfortable stay!

The cleanliness is good and I am very satisfied. I think it would be good to contact us by email in advance to coordinate the check-in time.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. Even before our stay, we had been able to communicate well with the owner, Christian, via Whatsapp, which gave us a sense of security. Christian always replies promptly. Arranging a car from the airport was also smooth, so we felt safe even when we arrived at night. ・Location: Convenient, with easy walking access to major tourist sites. There are also shops and boutiques in the area. It was quiet at night. ・Building: It is an old building typical of Rome, but it is well-cleaned and clean. ・Facilities: The shower and air conditioning were fine, and the room was spacious enough for a couple. ・In addition to snacks and coffee, the room is refilled with plastic bottles and juice every day. ・The elevator is retro, which makes for a great experience. The female staff members who we occasionally meet in the facility were very kind and helpful. Once, the door to our room almost opened in the middle of the night, which made us quite worried, but when we consulted with a female staff member, she immediately checked it. (We were relieved to find out that it was a mistake from someone in another room.) It was a good place to stay!

The location is very close to the attractions. It is not far away from Castel Sant'Angelo/Pantheon/Trevi Fountain/Spanish Steps, and it is also a short walk to the Vatican. It's also about 20 minutes. It's just that this is a B&B, there is no front desk, there are no hotel service staff on duty 24 hours a day, it is self-service check-in. The building where the unit is located is an old European house with several floors high. The whole building is relatively old. The B&B is one of the houses on the 3rd floor with 4 rooms. The room is newly decorated and has a shower room and toilet. The shower head has insufficient water power, which is not very good. It is recommended to bring your own hair dryer.
